I recently bought my S1000RR from this place. Everything was handled online or over the phone. My salesman, Dave, did a great job navigating me through the process! Delivery of the bike came right on time. There was a minor issue with the bike. Once informed, Dave relayed the message to the owner, Ted, who personally saw the the issue was resolved. I highly recommend this place and look forward to doing business with them again!

My husband and I drove from Georgia to do business here. After going to different dealerships, dealing with pushy sales guys and bad deals this was a relief. Super customer service! Couldn’t beat the deal I got on my bike with a stick! Also got 20% off my helmet purchase! The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. They have a great variety of moto. I found my bike on cycle trader, there were no lies or fluff. The bike was exactly as they advertised. They worked with me and got me out the door exactly were I wanted to be. Even helped me load up and tie down my bike. The owner Ted even went the EXTRA mile and gave us a bolt to fix our trailer ramp! 10/10 I do recommend. Best dealership experience I have ever had! I can’t say I’ve ever had a positive experience with any type of dealership until today with Spinwurks.

Best experience I've had at a shop ever. My bike rides/feels brand new. I asked a close friend for a recommendation on where to take my motorcycle (HD) to get genuine service and I'm thankful I was recommended this place. Staff was nice, service was quick, experience was informative, and my motorcycle rides so much better. This place will genuinely take care of you. It was such a relief because I've had bad experiences with other shops/dealerships in the past. This is my new #1 go-to spot.

I don't even know where to begin. Everything about my experience was as easy as possible. I could not even begin to think about a single thing that I would change from start to finish. Ted and his guys get nothing short of 2 thumbs up. If you are considering buying a bike, do not even consider going anywhere else. 10/10 recommend.

Bought an 06 Deluxe a couple months ago. I had my concerns about the bars and rear brake being comfortable when on a longer ride. Ted offered to replace the bars and add a brake extender, along with his 30 day guarantee decided to buy it that day. They swapped the bars out and pedal and now its a perfect fit. Ted knew exactly what I was looking for and how to make it happen. Now I just need a better seat, I'll be back soon for that.

I thought long and hard before I wrote this review. I bought a 2002 VTX 1800c about a month ago from this dealership. For the first time ever I bought this motorcycle site unseen. If I had to rate the sales experience itself then I would have given 5 stars. The owner was very attentive, answering questions and even sending extra pics and short videos. He even hooked me up with someone he knew to transport the bike across the state to me. My biggest issue was one of the selling points was that even though they charge a $699.00 dealer fee they change all the fluids and do an oil change, which a lot of dealerships do not do. Unfortunately for whatever reason this did not happen with my bike. The oil was black as night, as was the shaft oil. The hydraulic clutch fluid and brake fluid look as if they have never been done. I just finished bleeding the clutch line and gently scraping and cleaning out the inside of the clutch reservoir from the buildup of extremely old fluid. I know you might say , well the bike is 20 years old, and I agree. It was more of the presales pitch of "Well the dealer fee is $699.00 but we check all the fluids and do an oil change so at least you get something out of it".

These guys are great. I was visiting a friend and was interested in getting a motorcycle for future visits. Ted and the staff were helpful and made a great impression. My buddy and I bought a great ride. Now he and his wife go on travels and I have a way to roam when I come down for a visit.

Very impressive. In a world where customer service has gone out of the window, Spinwurkz went above and beyond. They made selling my bike easy and painless. They handled all of the issues, all I had to do was drop off the bike and pick up a check. They cleaned up the bike, fixed any issues, made it look brand new. Thanks Teddy and all the guys there.

This is a great place! I was out with my mom looking to get her a bike. We had stumbled upon SpinWurkz just before their closing. They have a great selection of bikes, helmets, protective gear and more. Everyone there is very nice and outgoing. My mom found a 2012 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 that she really enjoys! I got a helmet too and it is excellent!
