I have used this location many times. The staff are always professional. The seating area is always very clean. The blood collecting areas are always spotless.

My experience in the park blvd location was terrible. It really deserves zero stars but I have to leave a star to record my review. I have been trusting quest w all my labs for years and had always had the same insurance, nothing has changed and this technician kept on insisting I had to pay a copay this time. I explained that I never pay a copay because of the coordination of benefits w my insurances always results in zero copay. She kept pushing for me to use the easy pay and leave a ccard on file when I had nothing w me because this is something completely new to me in all this years. She got her supervisor who said was going to "educate me" so that I understand how MY insurance works. After all these years that I have had the same insurance and I know as a fact that I am never required to pay a copay. She then proceeds to tell me that lots of people lost their jobs for bypasing the easy pay and that I am basically at fault for "allowing" this to happen (completely unprofessional and out of place for her to discuss HR issues within the company w a patient who is just going there to get labs). Her demeanor was unnaceptable for customer service standars and customer satisfaction expectations, that I would never recommend this location to anyone. She also made my 8 year old wait and stated that would not be able to take him eventhough the kiosk was not letting me sign him up for an appt right after me and would create the same appt for me due to same p#. I ended up signing him up for stand by and she could care less it was a child w sugar issues and fasting. Zero compassion on their end. Rude and unprofessional staff. I called quest and complaint and they had the same supervisor calling me to talk about my experience. What the heck I am going to say to her after she left my son in tears and was disrespecting and talking me down. She said she was a floater supervisor and her name on the vm stated Angelica. She is latina w curly hair and the associate who was not willing to help was skinny w glasses. There have been rude associates in this location in the past, but has never experienced this level of unprofessionalism, specially coming from a supervisor. It leaves a very bad taste in my mouth and I will make sure I review it based on my experience in every social media platform available. This was completely inappropiate and unacceptable. She was incorrect and just making it so hard for my son and I to get our labs done on that day. I walked away from her and went to another location were I was greeted and treated w respect and serviced within 5 mins of arrival without requesting or pushing any type of payment and without having to hear about associates being fired and being forced to use the easy pay when it was unecessary. My insurance covers in full and I had no issues getting my bloodwork done the same day in another location. Stay away. Its not worth the stress.

Won't go here again! I told the guy that I bruise easily when having blood drawn, he didn't say a word. It hurt when he stuck me and had a bruise immediately that lasted a week.

One word, cruel. They obviously don't want to work there. They see their patients as a burden and did not care that my wife slipped on their wet bathroom floor.

Unfortunately it does not let me rate less than 1 star. Service here is awful! My insurance covers bloodtests bit they are so lazy here they won't even submit the bill. They make you pay and then its your problem. I spoke to medicare and they said that should not happen and suggested I file a complaint with Medicare against Quest. Run from this place!

What a joke. Opening up 10 minutes late leaving a line of 20 people waiting wondering if they’re actually going to open. Then when they do, “appointment only is heard and the entire line of people waiting disappears. The least they could have done would be put a sign up at the door letting people know they need an appointment so we all don’t waste our time. No where did it say appointments were required, not on the phone, website, or door.

Long wait times. I had my order in hand for my blood draw. The first employee that was newer did not have authorization to complete the order. She advised I would be the next patient called as one of the other techs would call me next. I waited again, in the waiting room as the experienced techs called name after name. They do not have their stuff together. I would recommend another lab other than Quest, on Park in Seminole.

This is the worst lab I have ever been in. I had an appt, but still had to register. My wait was going to be close to 1 hour! Ridiculous!! The young man, Eduardo,, that was calling people back was extremely rude, very unhelpful, and inconsiderate. Because of another appt, I had to leave, without my blood work. Unfortunate because my Dr really needs it.

Went to Quest a few days ago to get my blood work. I have never before had such a rude person there. I get a blank stare and right or left arm? Make a fist, arm down, arm up. Just a very rude tone. I have an issue with my veins being small and sometimes its hard to find a good vein. I told them this and again a blank stare. This person couldn't help me and stuck me twice so he says someone else will have to help you. Im taking you to another room. I was trying to be nice and said thank you for the help and get no response. I understand that some people just hate their jobs but is it too hard to ask for a little kindness. Getting blood work is stressful for some people and these workers need a lesson in etiquette. Wont be going there again!!!

Edit: much better experience this time. The site lead was helpful and did some staff overhaul that was much needed. The two rudest staff members are gone. You can sense the ease and better flow now. Edilia did a great job! She is what this office needed. Rude staff members with little compassion. Today they are "refusing walk ins" due to staffing issues from the virus. This is not communicated anywhere before arriving. Needs an overhaul in staffing. This place has gone down incredibly over the last few years.
