They did a great job. I made an appointment at 9am, they had me in at 1 same day. I showed up 1 and they took my car immediately. They even filled my windshield washer fluid that I've been saying I'd fill for weeks now. Definitely going back!

I drove from upstate NY to PA and my temperature light came on and my vehicle went from going 70mph to 40mph on the highway and I still had 45 minutes until I reached my destination. I called this business on an Easter Saturday weekend frenzy! They reassured me that they’d be able to inspect the vehicle but couldn’t promise any same day fixes because it was 1600 (completely understandable). All 3 associates helped my family in one way or another with the vehicle. I feel they did a thorough inspection of the vehicle and were up front and honest about repairs and even made me away of unrelated yet important issues with the vehicle. I would definitely give this specific store my business again based on my families experience Easter Saturday. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

What a great experience today at Midas!! My wife, kids, dog, and I were traveling home through Philly when our tire light came on. We googled tire shops close to where we were. First was Tires Plus, they couldn’t get us in for 5 hours. Next was Pep Boys, they told us we had to drop it for tomorrow. Guess the guy didn’t hear me say we were traveling through when he cut me off. Next was Midas. My wife called as I was adding air. Over the phone she was told “absolutely, come right in” Awesome!! We went right there, got right in. Tire was not fixable so they replaced the tire for us. In and out and back on the road. Ted was behind the counter, he was a great representation of Midas!!! Rob also took the time to educate me on what was going on with my vehicle and navigate the importance of having maintenance done to keep my car running normally. I was passing through King of Prussia, PA and had a flat tire. Tire's wall was damaged and it was not reparable. My BMW has these special tires that are hard to find. Ted from KOP Midas was fast to find the tire needed in a BMW dealership, send me there to pick-up a tire, and then waited for me to come back so that he can install it on the wheel, knowing that BMW dealer service will not be able to take me in the same afternoon. Within an hour he had me and my family back on the road, home to Buffalo. Only real, understanding, people can provide this level of service and care for their clients and those that are in need.
