This is one of the smaller FWaGS in the area. The selection isn't massive, and the entry/exit are VERY cramped. However, the staff was nice and timely. The place was also clean and they had what we were looking for. It met expectations albeit a little small. I would recommend this place if you're looking for harder liquor since you can't really get it anywhere else.

Love it here, they all are pretty nice! Very big selection and easy to navigate! I always go for my fav Stella Rosa Black, if you love red wine it is semi sweet and flavorful! Thank me later

Decent variety and choices, especially on the wine side. I found some bourbon I'd been looking for elsewhere, if not the higher end rare pours.

Rude customer service experience. Employee greeted me with Mam, I hope you know what you want! Mam, did you hear me? MAM! Employees were screaming at customers to direct them where to stand in line to check out. Awful.

The store itself has a great selection and nice staff. The parking lot is cramped because the construction next door took up prime parking from consumers. If the fencing only took up half of the lot, more spaces could be available.

The cashier seems as if she was having a bad morning /day. I was the only one in line when she yelled out " next in line" as if I'm not standing in front of her. I spoke and said "hi" and she ignored me. Secondly I asked her a questions regarding an item at the register, and she ignored me. Like I'm sorry you're not having a good day, and I genuinely wish your day gets better, but please be kind to those who are kind to you. Wishing you a wonderful thanksgiving Joy.

This place was pretty good with its selection, I found exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I will complain about is the over the phone service. I called before I went here asking if they had a certain Crown Royal in stock. I heard the guy on the phone ask a woman if they had the whiskey in stock, and she immediately said no! I could very clearly tell that she didn't even take a second to check if the whiskey was on the shelf, she was just assuming. I had a gut feeling to just drive to the store and check for myself, reason being the Wine and Spirits website clearly says that they had 10 bottles in stock! I drove to the store, the was a guy and 2 females in the store, I literally walked to the very next aisle where one of the women were, and what do you think I found? My bottle of limited crown royal. I definitely made sure I told the guy that cashed me out, whom I was surely talking to on the phone that "this is the item you just told me you didn't have over the phone". Not to mention, not one of those 2 females that were there ever acknowledged me or asked me if I needed any help, they were too busy talking. They should probably consider another profession. Maybe go back to Norristown and get a job at the welfare office. Go here for the selection not the customer service.
