5 stars for them staff not management. Overnight team especially jack and Ursula are phenomenal. Being a 5x a week customer i have never had problems with the food or service. Wish they got some help though... I saw 11 orders come in at once and one person having to deal with that along with cleaning and stocking is way too much. Not including rude drunk customers parading inside the store and there's no security. Really shows how the company considers profits over employees.

Provided my MD state ID and would not sell me vuse pods. She scanned my ID and looked at me weird then asked me my birthday. I was thrown off because no one really asked questions? She also asked “have you ever bought these here before?”, I said no bc im new to the area. What do I need to bring my birth certificate?

If you want burnt food then this is the place to go. How they wouldn't realize it was burnt I don't know. This place does have an up side though. Plenty of gas pump and the cashiers are very nice. I wish the food service was up to the rest of the standards.

Always a good experience. Employees are wearing a smile, even during our usual late night Rutters runs. Brandon is normally our cashier and he’s great! The pandemic didn’t change our good experience even a bit.

Very frequent customer for multiple years. But I'll be going elsewhere as the business consistently doesn't enforce the mask mandates. They claim to follow heath regulations, but if you spent 5 minutes in the store you will be able to confirm that is incorrect.

So to begin with. I consistently hear snarky comments from the one older lady who works first shift behind the retail desk. I personally feel she needs a refresher on customer service. Because her attitude alone makes me not want to come back to this specific location. My second complaint is to the deli. By no means should there ever only be one employee in the deli area alone during lunch rush. Which has a happened on numerous occasions at store 45. I feel as though management should be calling and asking for other employees to come into work if there short people in the deli area. Rutters food and coffee is bomb, we need our suppliers fully staffed.

Employees are not enforcing mask-wearing at all despite rampant corporate signage, serving folks without masks. When I stopped in to get some Motrin every employee had masks on properly, plastic screens were up at the kitchenette and cashier. Unfortunately clientele make this location a hard pass for me until post-COVID.

Just stopped on my way north. Clean, bright, I like their food quality better than other chain gas stations, and I just had the best personal pizza! Exactly right to order, fluffy, crunchy crust, so yummy. All worth it.

I live 4 houses down from here an 6 times out of 10 ten when the old man is working the carry out my order is wrong. Well tonight I got my order an took a bite an it is covered in hot peppers, I mean covered. Well I suffer from stomach ulcers an currently their bleeding an no I shouldn't be eating a diet like this but I didn't order anything that I wouldn't eat at home that would put me into any harm. But as I bit into my sub my mouth caught on fire an felt every inch go downy throat. An started vomiting, they fixed my order with no comment but it should of never been like that. What happens if I was allergic to something they put on it, oh oops sorry. So pissed off with this place tonight!!! Robert Ward

Worst customer service I have ever received. I'm in this store a couple times a day, and I can count on one hand how many times I was thanked for shopping here. Most of the time, it appears no one over the age of 20 works here, and they're often too busy carrying their own conversations to pay attention to their customers, or job. I've received burnt bacon on several occasions (something you pay a premium price for, 70 cents extra for bacon on a wrap). That's just a small insight into the many problems I've come across here. Shame really, the food is decent.
