5 stars for them staff not management. Overnight team especially jack and Ursula are phenomenal. Being a 5x a week customer i have never had problems with the food or service. Wish they got some help though... I saw 11 orders come in at once and one person having to deal with that along with cleaning and stocking is way too much. Not including rude drunk customers parading inside the store and there's no security. Really shows how the company considers profits over employees. ~Paul
