I went to get tags made for my cats. The machine was cool and the staff explained everything to me. Now my cats have adorable collars!

I went in to PetSmart for a specific product that I needed for a friends cat's ears And they didn't have very much to choose from the shelf was cleaned out of any ear cleaning products. However one of the employees was very helpful and we both found product in the dog section that actually can also be used for the cats. She was very helpful and I'm glad I was able to find something to help relieve the cats ears. Great selection of cat toys and treats.

I have been to this PetSmart while running other errands, and it is okay. The few times I have been, they either were closed on the weekend or they were missing stock of several items. The staff is nice enough, but I probably won't be back soon with the number of failed visits I have had.

Staff on the floor are absolutely friendly! Just don’t use their grooming salon, very unorganized place and not so friendly to the pets from what I have experienced.

Our beautiful 13 year old Pappy Poo hasn't had a decent grooming in 2 years. Georgana was patient and sweet with her and did an amazing job. We will never go anywhere else. Thank you for finding our Toby in all that fur. Fondly, Marsha and Steve

Just ended an 8 year relationship with PetSmart KOP because the groomer who has taken care of our dog got frustrated that we had to cancel a few times and made is so we couldn’t book online. The dog is 15 years old and has a skin condition the prohibits PetSmart from grooming him when it’s present. Not our rule, it’s theirs. They categorize it as contagious even though I’ve had vet documentation saying it isn’t. The condition flares up from time to time and we cancel if it kicks up when he’s due for grooming. And it can happen overnight. So unfortunately we have had to cancel. As a result they prevent us from being able to book online and said “we want to make sure you show up so you have to call us to book.” That makes zero sense. Where I make the appt does not dictate whether my dog has a skin issue. Then I spoke to the manager and she stated “the groomer gets frustrated because she makes commission”. Come to find out the groomer herself - who I have tipped well for 8 years - prohibited us from making appointments online. I’ve been in sales 25 years and I have never treated a client poorly if they impact my commission. Not to mention her cuts aren’t that great to begin with. We simply take the dog there because he does well with this groomer in his old age. So we are taking our business elsewhere because this location is not patient with a geriatric dog with a skin issue. Heck with this place. Would have given 1 star but there were some great cuts from this groomer BEFORE she got irritated.

Pet photos with the Easter bunny was a huge success! Always well stocked and the employees are great. Even did the 6 week puppy training classes and really learned a lot.

Im writing this review months after purchasing my leopard gecko. Now, I’m not one to support businesses like this however I saw my gecko laying under the reptile carpet since there was one hide in there, ONE! A singular gecko needs at least 2-3, a warm hide, a cool hide and a humid hide for shedding. But one hide for two geckos is unacceptable. Though, luckily the individual who was helping me to purchase my gecko was very knowledgeable. Isn’t it sad that this company’s workers are more knowledgeable than the company itself, than the people running it? The photo below is him relaxing on my daughter’s hand, he is much happier and healthier in his 30 gallon tank with multiple hides. Geckos and other living things shouldn’t constantly be in their tank unless they’re an amphibian like frogs, they need to explore and get enrichment. Honestly, this company needs to stop prioritizing money and supporting breeders who mass produce these poor guys for a quick buck. Furthermore, make sure those who purchase an animal know what they’re doing because exotic animals like reptiles and hamsters get mistreated way too much. Start doing research before purchasing people.

*Grooming* I bought a puppy booklet filled that offered a bunch of coupons and deals. One which offered a free puppy bath. I was hesitant at first because of all the terrible stories you hear on the news about groomers. Although, the people that took care of my puppy were so pleasant! We were able to get some shopping done at the target while he was getting pampered. It took about 4 hours. He got a bath, anal glands done, nails clipped and ears cleaned. Even gave him a little bandana. Highly recommend. Very nice ladies that work there.
