The staff I dealt with was uninterested and dismissive. I will not shop In this store again. I immediately went to another pet store in the area and had a totally different and pleasant experience. I was not requiring any assistance other than at the cash register.

Every single time I go in this store there is a problem. They are frequently out of items. I was checking the website prior to driving to the store, to ensure what I needed was in stock. Although the website confirmed the food I needed was in stock, when I got there, it wasn't. When I asked, I was given a nasty attitude. So, then I tried to call ahead. Once they told me it was in stock, but it wasn't, and another time they wouldn't even check. Today, I attempted to return food my cat has decided she no longer likes. It is a food only sold by Petco. They told me it was over 30 days and they wouldn't even give me a credit. The food wasnt expired, and didn't expire until 12/2024. I was attempting to return $6, and purchase almost $30, but they refused. The cashier had a nasty attitude, and I was told I could call customer service. So I went down the street to Petsmart, where I will now be shopping for my pet's needs.

The item I needed was $20.99 total using online pricing. The in-store proce was 47.99 plus tax. Buyer beware - they will honor their online pricing but they will take advantage of anyone who is unaware of how to use their website for better pricing. I can understand an online discount of a few bucks. I cannot understand it costing less than half as much.

The birds like parrots are very expensive this days but they don't have many selections, I like to visit the animals and say hello. Remember they are always accepting donations like pet foods toys and others.

I’d like to give a shout out to the cashier named Karen, she was beyond disrespectful and rude towards me. I would give zero stars if I could. She basically threw a fit because I asked her to change the price to match the Petco.com price. I was trying to explain everything and she told me to stop talking so she could read what I was showing her on my phone. I was trying to be helpful by reading her the prices and she rudely says “you don’t need to keep saying the prices, I can read.” I have never in my entire life been treated so badly by an employee. She also refused to give me the buy 2 get 1 free on the three Well & Good products I was purchasing. I had to call the number on the receipt to get a credit for the item she refused to give me. I have messaged Petco on Facebook and called customer service to report Karen. I hope something is done, no customer should ever be treated this badly. My advice, go to the PetSmart up the road. Their employees treat customers more respectfully.

Never have anything in stock. Had a chick that had no knowledge of animal supplies tell me I had to get a prescription for something (ended up finding it other store. She acted very immature and wanted to fight me with never come here again. Get better employees

My grooming service here for my Morkie were pretty good, she approached my dog with such gentleness especially when my dog have bad anxiety. We will be returning in the near future.

Pretty disappointed with my visit and definitely going to petsmart next time. There were three employees working aquatics, not one greeted me, offered me help or even looked away from their conversation between them selves. When I finally approached and asked a question they looked at each other while answering me. Cashier didn't greet me, didn't look at me a single time and almost seemed irritated that I was even there to purchase items. Definitely left that store feeling like not a single employee wanted to deal with customers. I've gone to various petcos for over 15 years and have never felt this way walking out.

I actually had called ahead to make sure that there would be someone to be able to assist me; I recently adopted a 70 pound, 11 month old pit bull. Super sweet, but scared of the world right now. I called ahead of time, to see if there's anyone there how would be willing to assist me in getting him fitted into a harness while he is being trained. (70 pounds of muscle, pulling solely from his neck didn't seem good or secure.) They said, "Of course! We don't discriminate on doggies here!" I let them know he is scared, and while not vicious, it was going to be a bit difficult. When I arrived, I patiently waited to the side of the store, as my dog was already terrified and I didn't want him to feel overwhelmed. He sniffed at a gentleman who was stocking, who then proceeded to move slowly and give Yeti some pets and space when needed. I didn't even make it to the register to let them know I had arrived; this gentleman helped without a qualm. He gave Yeti treats and I got him into a harness (I was the only one who could get that close) and helped me tighten it up. I was happy that I was able to quickly get in and out, and that the guy had taken his time to let my dog acclimate. It could have been a huge disaster, as Yeti is young, new, and massive. But I will absolutely be back if this is how they treat ALL their guests! 100%, will pay a little more here to be helped with grace and good decision. Great job, Petco!

Well organized store, had what I needed, lightning fast check out, friendly clerk. Never been to this location. I find it's sort of tucked away in the shopping center so it took me some navigating to find but next time won't be a problem. :)
