I began going to Costco pharmacy for to the location being 1 mile from my home & they have the lowest RX prices. I stay with using them (14+ years & moving 12 miles away) because THE STAFF IS THE BEST IN MY 50 YEARS OF LIFE EXPERIENCE. They knew me by name within 6 months of seeing me, always take time to engage professionally and/or personally with me and follow up with authorizations without prompting. If 'love' for a pharmacy exists, I have it for them! Thank you Costco pharmacy staff!!

The pharmacy at Costco has been so helpful to my husband and I. Always checking to see if their is a less expensive option or manufacturer discount. My most recent experience with the pharmacist Lydia was outstanding. She spent a week calling my doctor's office to help me secure an appt so I could receive the refill I needed. I highly recommend Lydia as a pharmacist and Costco!

Great prices and helpful staff. Sometimes the checkout process can be slow, as in most pharmacies but in my experience the complaint of one critic is wildly exaggerated. Sometime I can walk right up but if I see a longer line, I finish shopping and come back later.

Mrs shawntia and mrs lydia are amazing pharmacy workers i feel they should be reconized for tgeir hard work and quickness not to mention They have wonderful customer service out of anyone I have ever met in a pharmacy before so I'm asking you to please at least give them some kind of recognition Maybe a sign on the wall saying employee of the month or the wheat or pharmacy Tech of the month of the we 4 however you guys do it but I really feel that they should be recognized for their hard work

Extremely slow service. one pharmacy technician took 45 minutes to ring up 3 people. Sure the prices are cheap but the huge waste of time is not worth it. To make matters worse they have no means of communicating when the order is ready, no text message no phone call nothing. I guess this is why only old people Come .
