The full body workout is 30min, which is quite doable for anyone working 8 or more hours a day, everyday. The exercises change everyday, as well. This gym is great! The gym is small and not always full of people which I like. I love how I’m in and out within 30 to 35 minutes as well. In addition, the individual workouts are fun! The best part is having the trainers there to help you out and encourage you! Every trainer I’ve met is so nice and helpful! Rick the owner did a great job choosing the trainers!

I joined 9round with my sister in an effort to remain accountable to our fitness, and they were running a great New Years promotion. I have gone 5 days a week since I joined, and I'm really enjoying it. Great trainers that know your and goals, and a good program. Love it!
