The cashiers don't seem to call for backup, no matter how long the line gets! Tonight there were 2 employees sorting hangers while there was a long line! I mean, sure hangers need to be sorted but definitely NOT while there are 4+ customers waiting to be rung up. The one cashier kept making sure to say to every person entering the store "Hi welcome to Ross" but I sure did not feel welcome having to wait so long in line! As a customer, having multiple cashiers when your line gets long is way more important than the greeting. I'd gladly give Ross more stars if they get their priorities straight. Point of sale backup needs to be more urgent than greeting and hanger sorting. ~Kelsie

Handled both of my kids (1 and 3.5) so well. The cut was quick, calm, and well done. My 3.5 year old was pretty anxious about it but she threw on some paw patrol, handed him a popit and a toy truck to hold and got right to work. It was over before he knew it. Will definitely be back! ~Justin

The full body workout is 30min, which is quite doable for anyone working 8 or more hours a day, everyday. The exercises change everyday, as well.
