I’ve been coming to this store and the one on SWP for years to mail back Amazon returns. Sometimes Amazon provides a QR code, sometimes they require a label to be printed. When that needs to happen I email it to the location and they charge a buck to print the one sheet of paper. I went in today and they said it’s now $3.95 to print a sheet of paper if you email it to them. $2.95 if you use their computer to print it. Are you kidding me? And then on top of that when I asked when they changed it the guy behind the counter laughed and said: I’ve worked here for 4 years and that’s always been the price. My debit card transactions say different.

I have nothing against this specific store or the customer service there. It's more about UPS in general.I had sold something on eBay for $16 and paid $11 in shipping. I printed out the shipping label and was ready to ship the item thinking I would get a $2 box there. They told me the box and packaging materials would be $21! I went to Walmart and purchased 2 boxes, 2 rolls of bubble wrap and one roll of packaging tape for $6.74! I couldn't believe the outrageous price the UPS was trying to charge me for cardboard and tape! I had to go way out of my way to get shipping materials at a reasonable price when I was right there at a shipping store. This makes no sense to me and I will be avoiding all UPS stores for this reason.

I can’t say enough good things about this UPS location. Riley was kind enough to unload two heavy Amazon packages out of my car. He also raced to my car with a package I had left inside. Great customer service!!!

No need to make an appointment for the notary services because you will stand in the Q. Plus the owner can't seem to set the reservations calendar to coincide with the notary being there on the website. He wont get a chance to waste my time again!

This originally was left after what is described below. HOWEVER, there is such a thing as service recovery and it only happens with managers/owners are paying attention. I received a call from the stores manager a few days after leaving the review below. As I mentioned in the review, I was surprised at the way my situation was handled based on previously very positive experiences. Her call not only resolved my issue but was greatly appreciated. All's well that ends well. ************************************************************************* I had a very disappointing experience at this store today after what had been a series for several positive visits during which I had spent hundreds of dollars on shipping an other services. Specifically, on October 18th I had gone to get passport photos taken and have my application overnighted. It was time sensitive as I have an international trip in early January and noticed my passport was set to expire before my travel. Photos were taken and the application sent. Last week the State Department notified me my photos were not acceptable as I was wearing glasses - something I felt the UPS store should have alerted me to while taking the photos. I returned to have the photos retaken and sent either overnight or second day delivery. The store, while wiling to take new photo (why wouldn't they - its virtually no cost to them) refused to send the photos as a courtesy even though they acknowledged me wearing glasses was something they should have caught. They said, they may have made a mistake taking the photo but they delivered the unusable photo correctly so they did not feel they should cover the cost of sending it again since they delivered the bad photos successfully. How's that for logic. So because they screwed up, I should have to pay for something their admitted mistake cause? Interesting. Passport photos are a service they provide and charge for. They should get it right and when they don't, they should own the mistake and the resulting costs. Hoping the $30 they got me for today was worth it. Last cent I'll spend there just out of principle.

I had a wonderful experience today at this UPS, a very helpful lady named i think Samantha or maybe it was Stephanie helped me. I had trouble with a delivery and she called the customer service line for me and walked them through what i needed and got my package delivered to a desired pick up place and day. If not for her assistance, communication skills and patience my wine package would have been sent back to California. Great Customer Service!!
