Employees are not helpful and/or lazy and there are never any supplies at the drop off box. USPS is better.

The staff is really helpful. I needed to shrink and laminate a document and I was shown how to do it for myself.

Line was out the door. Once I actually got inside, I saw four or five employees just kind of... hanging out (I guess?)... by the far-left wall when walking in, and just two working the front. I understand that maybe they only have two dropoff registers, or the other folks weren't allowed to, I don't know... weigh packages for people, or something? Anyway, the real bummer was when I finally got to the front of the line and the guy who was "helping" me got REAL mad about the box I brought in. There was "too much tape on it" (y'all... it was a regular box. sure, I had wrapped the packing tape around it twice more than was probably necessary, but it made zero difference and I'm actually more shocked that he even noticed). I asked to speak with a Manager, because this guy was clearly having a moment... Of course, he WAS the Manager. Soooo yeah I left and called Walmart to tell them that they weren't getting their return back. They said that was fine and apologized for FedEx.

I’ve been to this store 3 times and each time it’s been a complete JOY! I walk in stressed out with a time crunch and my to-do list and walk out with a huge smile, tasks complete and having been treated with amazing customer service. Chelsea is the wizard of printing services and gets you exactly what you want, like magic. Highly recommend!

I am writing this review while standing in the store... My wife and I recently had our dog get lost while on vacation. We need some flyers to find her so we came to make a large amount to handout around town. We were having some issues with the code to the printers. I went and asked for help assuming it was something fairly simple I was missing. The man that helped us named LUIS came and immediately seemed upset I even asked for help. He sighed deeply and started walking over to my wife and then started talking to us like we were dumb and gave us such a rude attitude and it was a really easy mix up. That could've been easily mended with a friendly point in the right direction but instead it was such a horrible response. I'm honestly in shock that he is allowed to treat customers like we are such an inconvenience. Ridiculous. I gave 2 stars because the printer worked well. Customer service would be purely 0 stars from LUIS.
