The lady who helped me…Avalon, super cool, , you don’t just find people like that, not anywhere, you should do whatever you can to keep her around. Clean facility, could use electrical upgrades, luckily I’m an electrician, but I’m sure you have one already. Anyway, happy overall

I've never rented a storage space but the site was so easy to figure out the type and size we needed. - also the price is great. I received a very detailed email from Isa Martinez prior to move in and everything was ready within 12 hours. The place is spotless, plenty of carts and easy to navigate inside.

Who knew you could experience such great service at a storage facility?!? Not this girl! Brian went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my decision, and helped me find the right unit for my needs. I naturally ask a ton of questions before I enter into any commitment, and he was patient with me, extremely courteous, and thorough in his explanations. I definitely felt comfortable leaving some of my valued items there, and I really felt taken care of, which has not been the norm when I've used other facilities. Thank you Brian and Extra Space! You guys should be proud of the operation you run!

I am very happy with the spaces I have. The facility is well- kept, easy access and secure. Carts are supplied to help you with the loading or unloading and there are clean restrooms for your convenience. Janice was fabulous, friendly and competent. She knew what I needed when I didn’t. She seems a fun person and easy to know.

I really felt good about leaving our items here, not only for the close proximity of where we are moving. But, also the cleanness of the facility, it looked better maintained than a lot of hotels and apartments, that I’ve delivered to in the past. I think the best thing though was Janice, in her greeting me at the door and the whole walk thru the facility, as well as explaining all of the paperwork. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, and I will highly recommended your facility to my friends and family.

Wow!!! Excellent customer service. Janice explained everything so clearly. She was patient as I tried to figure out if the unit I needed was the right size. I never felt rushed and had the freedom to talk out the floor plan with her. She knows her stuff! 😊 The units are clean and the climate control is amazing. Especially in TX! The prices are even better than another space I was in that was mostly outdoors!

Great place to have your belongings while they are not with you! The facility is always clean and bright! Janice, the Manager, is always so helpful and will work with you on any situation until you are satisfied. She takes customer satisfaction to the level one would hope to see from all businesses. We are getting ready to sell our home and needed a storage space while we are marketing the house and moving. Our son had used Extra Space and liked it, and when we did some research, we found that this location had excellent prices as well. Compared to the last time we rented a storage space, Extra Space provided us with an indoor (rather than outdoor) space, climate control, and far better security at a significantly lower price. As many other reviewers have noted, the office personnel, Janice and David, are very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Janice patiently showed us around several available units before we settled on the right size, location, and price. (It's even got a great view out of the window nearby!) The facility is spotlessly clean and well lighted. Security is great, yet still easy to navigate. They have several carts that customers can borrow to transport stuff to their units. The carts are durable and have a lot of capacity. I highly recommend this Extra Space facility to anyone who is looking for temporary storage.

This is a great location. Easy to get to an maneuver in parking lot. Facility is very modern and CLEAN!!! However, it was Janice who made us feel welcome after a cross country relocate. Her professionalism, knowledge and outgoing personality made our stressful & difficult task much easier! So glad we picked this place and worked with her. Highly recommend this place for small or large storage needs.
