ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY, BRILLIANTLY HELPFUL. I was helping my boss for an event, and we had to print out a bunch of things, and Tracy was very helpful and quick to respond to my requests for printing despite them being busy as well. Have an out of town work conference on Monday, and realize we don't have any printed copies of our latest marketing materials. I called Quik Print mid-afternoon on the previous Friday, and they tell me they can get it done in a matter of hours. 1pm rolls around and they're ready. They even offered to meet me outside if I can't find parking on Congress Ave. Really impressed with this level of customer service and sheer hard work.
