Waited a week for photographic copies in black and white. Copies at pickup were not in black and white. Center offered to reprint, but explained I would have to pay extra. It’s one thing to make a mistake with the requirement, but having to pay extra to have it corrected? Terrible customer service. Will never get print work done here again.

This Kinkos has exceptional technical capabilities, and their staff are experts. I had 3 color and 9 black and white files combined, with two-sided printing, the pages numbered sequentially and laminated covers with a coil binding. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, so I ordered 22 additional copies. Denise put me in touch with Dustin at the National Bid Center, so the unit cost was reduced by more than half.

I was tasked with shipping 60 identical packages for Christmas for the company I work for. I was a little overwhelmed at how to go about packing and shipping all these because I've never done a bulk ship like this. I came in to this location to get information and Jordan helped me. He was fantastic. He went above and beyond by far. He explained everything, helped me set up an account, sold me the boxes and materials I needed, and taught me how to pack them, make and email him the labels, everything. He even offered to do all the packing and labeling for me but the pack & ship service cost was a bit out of the company budget so I decided to do that part myself but I appreciated that offer. The next day I came back with everything and he helped me unload and label and took care of everything for me. Jordan really was amazing. I will definitely come to him for any future shipping needs. Give the man a raise! I never expected that to be so easy. I'm very grateful.

The staff here is great! Very helpful with the project I was trying to do. I emailed over a large document ahead of time and they were able to pint out a few copies that I needed before I arrived. The self service machines were having trouble which made the whole process take longer than in needed to. All in all, it's a great service to have when you are away from your office.

I was in such a rush before a job interview and having the worst day when my printer and phone wouldn't work, so I came here just an hour before my interview when the offices staff member, AJ, took the time to solve my issues and absolutely saved the day so that I could get to my interview with Facebook exactly ten minutes early. All thanks to him I got the job the following day! If you want caring and attentive staff members that work as quickly and efficiently as possible I definitely recommend this location and AJ.
