The manager wanted to argue with me about a return. I just took it to another Advanced Auto store and they did my refund no problem. The female manager at this one is terrible at customer service.

Complained about being short staffed (who isnt?), then told me it was my alternator that was going out because he was too lazy to change the battery. Just took my car to the shop and guess what, not a thing wrong with the alternator, just needed a new battery. Thanks for nothing, dirtbags.

Ashley F is a goddess amongst us. I sat in the parking lot trying to figure out my wipers for WAY too long. The second I walked into the store she was ready to help me as much as possible. She even came out and changed my wipers in the rain. She’s so kind. Best customer service ever. She even saved me $25. I will return!
