I had a great experience! Nicole was very polite, professional and stayed poised during my visit today! She had not delt with my kind of phone or issue since she had became employed at Cricket! She did need to call her supervisor twice, who was super helpful and very professional while being called on her day off! That's a good boss, (Brandy)! For only being there a month I wouldn't let Nicole go anywhere, she's a gem!

I was told some silicon liquid would protect my phone from damages. When scratches ARE damages. Paid 64.18 for the employees there to apply the silicon and then wipe it off. Although I directly said I need a Screen Protector for my device. Not no wipe off silicon. Nooooooope, not relying upon others (definitely not in this store) that will not simply listen to my needs\wants. Knew I should of stuck with Amazon to do my shopping.

I went to buy a new iPhone and Brandi( probably the store manager)she didn’t know how to connect my old iPhone to my new one and I lost a ton of memory. When I got home I opened the box, looks like she took out the charger from the iPhone box and when we called the store she tells us we have to purchase a new one! Unbelievable!! Worst Cricket store!

Worst customer service I've had in a long time. Gal at store tried her best to get problem resolved but cricket support failed bigly. After switching to another carrier, had no problems calling out. This confirms that AT&T network was the cause. They are not all that and a bag of chips but their service is a bag of cow patty chips....... NOTE: buy an UNLOCKED phone-not a phone from the carrier. That way your phone cannot be locked when you have to switch carriers !!
