The staff were friendly and the store was clean. I purchased a couple of games and a few children's books on this visit. I still do not understand the new pricing structures, but that's a Goodwill corporate decision, I'm sure.

My niece is having a baby shower and one of the things on her list was gently used baby books. So I decided to go to goodwill and they had some nice and good condition baby books, and what empress more is that two of the books are little bible stories like one of them was Noah ark, anyway I got those two Bible books free. The cashier said they don't charge for any kind of Bible books. I didn't know that and I think it's a very descent thing to do because a lot of children don't have Bible story books because parents probably can't afford them brand new.

Goodwill is a descent place to purchase various second hand items. Everyone obviously has been to a goodwill once or twice, I personally pick up little items for DIY crafts or to make something completely new. You are guaranteed to find at least 1 item to snag at a very good deal.

This store has a good selection of merchandise. Most of it was well organized, but there was one area of miscellaneous items that was "a jumble." Are they short on staff?

Indianapolis Goodwills are good...except for this one. This will be my last time coming here but maybe to all Goodwills. It seems that Goodwill is now taking all of the “good” clothes and selling them on their website or putting them up for sale at their Vintage stores and selling them as new. I don’t get it. Their clothes are donated and they take advantage of the same people whom they are trying to help.
