I couldn't find a battery for my Volkswagen anywhere. When I called, they told me that they have it. I was glad to buy my car battery at a good price. Note that the staff don't wear mask at that location.

Its hard to find a decent parts store when Autozone Advance and Pepboys all hire cheap untrained people for their counter sales. P&A is one of the last few stores owned by two families who have done this their entire lives. They have everything in stock and can always find what you are looking for! Brian, Bev and Ben are amazing at what they do.

I bought front brakes for my truck and my calipers on the truck went. They were helpful first time with warranty on the front braking equipment. Called in to let them know the remanufactured front calipers I bought from them siezed and they tell me they can't do anything for me. Do yourself a favor don't shop here. Go to advanced Auto parts or AutoZone atleast they warranty things for you no problems. Absolutely horrible.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT use this establishment. The owner is a great guy but his staff is some of the most incompetent and unprofessional set of people that I have ever dealt with in my life. Save your money and your headache, go to Autozone in Suffern!

Formally branded as NAPA, this brand has been purchased by Carquest; the proper name for this business is P&A auto parts. It resides at the same physical location. This local store umbrella's itself under all of those business names. I arrived there to pick-up a particular Deka™ brand battery that they didn't stock, but settled on a different Deka™ variant with slightly less CCA. The staff was pleasent, knowledgeable and helpful. They offer delivery service to at very least commercial clients as you can see their trucks on the road and returning to base to reload and head back out. During my visit, there were three persons behind the counter ready to serve; I was attended to immediately. Prices are fair, competitive and their selection diverse.
