The wait was a bit long. When two staff members came in from outside they asked if anyone needed help. I raised my hand. Those staff members ended up taking over for the staff who were about to leave. They didn't help anyone except the customers who were already being helped. It was confusing. They should have not asked and just switched cashiers. Having said that, the gentleman who looked up what I should buy, rang me up and then changed my headlight was fabulous! Update: 8/26/22 I purchased windshield wiper blades. Prices were high but I bought the best. The staff was friendly and helpful. They also installed the wiper blades.

Had a wonderful experience getting a battery replaced here! Joel was very knowledgeable on the condition of my battery and knew exactly what the problem was upon opening the hood. He also offered to replace my battery for me which I did not ask which was very nice of him. Overall, this location demonstrates a high level of professionalism and integrity, and I will continue to shop here for all my car’s needs! #JettaGang

Asked for auto fire extinguisher. Dude just says "we don't have those" with a blank stare. I was a little surprised and he just shrugged. Great thanks. Walmart had them though so check them out.

Came to autozone store 9:45 . A gentleman name Joel really went above and beyond . Inever got treatment like that from any autozone ! I’m serious ! Dude spent time on his knees to take care of me thank you so much !HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!! Wow !!

This sites does very well! Friendly staff...only issue i had, coukd not locate cleaning items I was targeting. However, I did mange to locate substitutes from same vendor at this location.

Update to my review. The service from here has been subpar to say the least. The phone is rarely answered, when someone finally pick up the phone, they put you on hold but don't comeback hoping you hang up. they offer to help you with service but with conditions only. I'm reducing the stars to 1 until something changes for the better here.

Went to the Burlington New Jersey location location for wiper blades for my 2015 Honda Accord. I told the worker behind the counter that my car takes a special type of wiper blade that is aside mountain. He went outside looked at my car and told me I was wrong. I'm not wrong I know my car and I know what wiper blades it takes. Awful customer service I will no longer be using autozone as a part store. I'll give my business to advanced and other businesses alike
