Received great services from female customer service person name Sandra. I asked would it be possible to install sets of 4-tires on my van in less than one hour due to I'm on oxygen and only have enough for hour and ten minutes. Service man completed in 35 minutes, what outstanding and thoughtful towards other peoples well being. It must be a reflection of store owner or manager. Thankyou very much.

Can't say thank you enough I stopped in to fix a nail in my tire. The front desk lady was so kind and they had tables and seating so I could work while I waited

Completely different experience if you're female. Spoiler Alert: It's worse than if you are a man. You may want to bring a token male with you, to protect your own interests. Although, I did just that, and it didn't seem to make a difference.

My car got a flat that we'd noticed at 5:30pm; I called to see if there was time enough to fix it as they close at 6. We limped our way down there and the crew there were literally running to help us!! 10 minutes later, it was fixed, AND at no charge! We'll ALWAYS take our tire care to them - they totally won us over on their customer service. Shout out to Emily and the guy in the back with glasses... You guys ROCK!!

This is a great place to get tires! Every time I’ve come here the staff is very pleasant and helpful. Today was no exception. I blew a tire on the freeway. Very honestly they showed me the problem and explained. Everything was reasonable and taken care of quickly. Highly recommend this place!
