This business and the crew which runs it are all considered family to me, they saved my life during a financial disaster when I had accidently dropped a screw in my motorhomes intake manifold which I was living in with my wife and from there on gave me and my wife the place to stay and do the work on the engine. They were more then understanding and there for us while we were struggling, they taught us so much valuable lessons while we had to put in a new engine. I would always recommend them to people if you want not only good work done but want to find good people with your best interests in mind you can trust this business all the way. Ted Green is an awesome guy, he had helped me many times while I was growing up including giving me a job and encouraged me as an artist. TED is also an absolutely amazing airbrush artist if you get your work done by him you won't be disappointed. ~Etheric

I called Downtown Autobody yesterday and explained I was in a minor fender bender and the part of the bumper that wraps around to the side was a little loose. The person answering the phone (manager or owner) knew exactly what I was talking about and said to come in this morning. I thought it would be for an estimate. I was greeted right as I came in. They took my van immediately into the shop and went to work. The repair took about half an hour and I was not even charged! I was stunned and immensely thankful!! The people there are so knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. I highly recommend them for any auto-body needs. Service: Body & Trim ~Jennifer

Received great services from female customer service person name Sandra. I asked would it be possible to install sets of 4-tires on my van in less than one hour due to I'm on oxygen and only have enough for hour and ten minutes. Service man completed in 35 minutes, what outstanding and thoughtful towards other peoples well being. It must be a reflection of store owner or manager. Thankyou very much. ~Jimmie

Rude. I bought gas and food at this specific GS. The place was not busy. I had some time to kill waiting for my wife to get off work before I needed to pick her up. After not much time sitting alone in their empty parking lot, the clerk came out to ask why I was there. With the drink I just paid for in hand, I explained I was waiting for my wife and just killing time. He said "we don't have people wait like this here and you should leave". ?? Mind you, I am a clean cut, employed, tax paying customer sitting in a brand new clean car,not smoking, drinking water with my windows up and not playing music. I was nowhere near the gas pumps and was the only vehicle in their part of an open parking lot shared with other businesses. I am really struggling to find the issue? I have come to this gas station for years and never once had an issue. Well, that's the last time I spend money here. ~WildWood

I don't know if it's because I've told them in the past but I can go in for my oil change and not be asked for so many other services that I'm not interested in addressing at that particular time. Friendly attentive associates there to help you with whatever you have visited their shop from the start. ~Charles

On behalf of my wife: "Teresa is absolutely amazing! She did my hair for my wedding day as well as 2 of my bridesmaids. All the hairstyles held up and stayed curly all day and evening long, even through all the dancing! The hair bun didn’t fall out, wasn’t stiff, and was easy to take apart at the end of the night. She gave great input in helping me choose the best hairstyle as the bride, i.e. which side to wear the hair accessory so guests will see it. Everyone loved my hair at my wedding! She also helped color my hair blue and re-did my roots. I have since gone back to Teresa for a haircut and I am again extremely happy! I have gotten so many compliments on my new haircut! As of recent I’ve been pretty frustrated with RALEY’S pharmacy staff. The lack of concern, help with issues in getting my prescription filled properly. It’s been two weeks since an issue arose and a staff member was to contact my insurance company to see what the delay is. All began with my eye doctors office prescribing wrong dosage instructions which changed the prescription. Same prescription different dosage. This staff member hasn’t phoned me. I’ve phoned a few times. Can’t get through or put on hold for 15 minutes. And still nothing has been resolved. It’s ridiculous! More issues the past few years and isn’t getting better. The staff is not trained properly, customer service is poor. Staff doesn’t go beyond to assist you and are very rude. I’m tired of how I’ve been treated. Disappointed doesn’t quite describe how I feel. ~Arlene

This store is really great, clean, and nice atmosphere. The staff is helpful and typically there are enough checkers to get through lines quickly. I wish they had belts for placing items on since I typically have multiple orders. During the supply chain issues there are some items that are frequently out of stock, but most of the store is well stocked. This store is much nicer to shop at than Safeway, not nearly as busy/packed, and not as long of lines checking out. ~Aaron
