Just went in for a wheel alignment and tire rotation. The associates were friendly and the service was fairly quick enough due to the fact that it is still early in the morning. I can't imagine what the wait time is when they are busy. The technicians that perform the actual service needs to be more attentive in following the work order! I had requested a tire rotation along with the wheel alignment, yet no tire rotation was done! Unfortunately I didn't check until I got home. I am willing to give this place a second chance only because it is conveniently located close to home. Just a word of caution to others who are thinking of getting their car serviced here to check carefully before leaving the store! Sad to say I have not received exceptional service from any Pep Boys locations for the longest time! Their prices remain competitive, but the quality of services have gone down hill! ~Michael
