They won't see your dog without an appointment made a week or more in advance and they won't allow you to go inside with your pet they're still operating under the Covid lock down protocols of April 2020.

Most of the staff are very sweet, except one person in particular made my experience extremely unpleasant last time I was there. Laurie was extremely cold and made me feel stupid because /she/ could not find /my/ account. I feel like when you are working with people and their animals, you should be kind and personable, especially when often times you will come in contact with people who are stressed out and/or grieving.

We live about 45 minutes away but this will be our new vet from now on. Our pup Rio got sick overnight and I had a feeling she needed to be seen. Our normal vet in Windsor was not able to see her but this office went out of their own way to get us seen ASAP. Not only were they caring and insanely nice, when we sadly needed to rush to the ER with a surgeon conveniently located across the highway, Dr. Jones at this location even texted me a big chunk of the day to ease my mind and provide me with comfort. From Barbara the receptionist to the vet techs and Dr. Jones, we experienced unbelievable care for our dog and will be returning here from now on! Highly recommend

I want to start off by saying that I NEVER write reviews. I believe that if a business is good, it will prosper regardless of a review. With that being said, I truly feel like VCA North Park has gone above and beyond and if you are looking for a place to take your fur baby, THIS IS THE PLACE! My 13 year old German Shepherd is a new patient at VCA and is a pretty complicated case. Dr. Carley Jones spent an incredible amount of time with us and genuinely cared about my baby. During the initial exam, Dr. Jones and her assistant Britni worked through their lunch to ensure my baby was thoroughly examined! We all know vet visits can be expensive, especially if your pet needs a lot done. VCA is the most reasonably priced vet I've ever been to. Dr. Jones recommended several tests for my dog but also gave me alternative options that were more affordable. She is extremely great at following up with me regarding labs and overall well-being of my dog. Most doctors examine, prescribe then leave the rest to staff to relay messages, but she is in direct contact which makes you feel more comfortable and confident in her. I also would like to point out that the front desk staff is amazing. Barbara and Peggy are incredibly warm and helpful. I cannot thank this entire team enough for the care and compassion they give.

I called early morning to have my cat being seen in urgent care. I tried few other places including our regular vet and they were Max capacity. VCA Rohnert Park put us in a list and few hours later I got a txt message they were ready for us. While I was waiting I was informed there was only one doctor and I might need to wait. I noticed people came with their pets without appointment and even though they were almost closed they still triaged them. They even called another urgent care to let them know a pet was on their way. You can tell they were very busy and short staff but they were all smiling and working hard! Thank you to VCA Rohnert Park staff for your dedication and compassion.

We are relatively new to this new veterinary practice but so far my experience has been wholly positive. My dogs, Francis and Ruth Bladder Ginsberg, are VERY comfortable here and they so appreciate the kindness and gentleness of the vet techs. All the front desk people have been kind and courteous and friendly (even when I've called multiple times in a day). Dr. Langbein is thorough, kind, compassionate and very passionate about her work. She goes the extra mile to get things right. At a time when veterinarians are stretched beyond what's reasonable, she takes the time to be curious and to go beyond the surface. I appreciate that very much. Oh, and Francis wants to move in there.

I have been coming here for many years. I absolutely love Doctors Powers and Frederick along with the Vet Techs and all the support staff. I have had a lot of issues with my dog for all her life. The Doctors are so compassionate (to me and my animals) and have listened and worked with me so well with many medical issues. They are able to help me keep things in perspective and they have never pushed any treatments on me. My dog is small and both these doctors always come in the room and get down on the floor to greet and examine my dog. I am always impressed with all the staff, they are so friendly, knowledgeable. I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else.
