A little bit stead fast on prescription renewal. Needed a refill that expired 5 days. Other Walgeens would give a few pills to hold you over until you could renew. Not this store, if you ask me, they aren't really concerned with our true health. What ya gona do...... Suffer without meds until you can contact Dr. to get a renewal.... 5 days,,, really. I still need those meds!!

If I could give a 0 I would, A provider should not be on hold >1.5hrs and still not have a human pick up the phone. I understand working shorthanded since I have been running my practice solo since the beginning of the pandemic. However, that is no excuse for not doing your job refusing to fill scripts for my patient and telling them to get OTC because you don't want to fill the prescription which FYI the OTC would be way more expensive and mean my patient would have to take several pills instead of just 1. Just fill what we write for and answer the provider lines!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is absolutely the WORST Walgreens I have EVER been to. They have not only completely messed up my prescriptions, but they decide on random days to close the pharmacy except for the drive-through. I have literally been in my car for 45 minutes waiting in the drive-through to pick up prescriptions that my children have to have. Completely unacceptable.

My experience was more poor due to the phone call prior to visiting the store. Did not actually experience any issues while I was inside. I understand every store is busy on special holidays (I.e. yesterday being Valentines day). I visited the location on Racetrack first and purchased a rainbow llama plush for a friend of mine. I bought the last one, and since I live on that side of town, I decided to call this location to see if they had anymore of this particular plush. I have no problem being put on hold and waiting for someone to check on something particular. However, MS. Theresa not only put me on hold multiple times, but HUNG up on me twice. I was on hold almost 10 mins (between being hung up on both times). She didn't try to connect me with someone who could help and just said "I can't leave the front" before placing me on hold again. It was honestly frustrating but I just decided to go ahead and go to the store myself (bought the last 2 of what I was looking for) and didn't go through her line. She (Theresa) pretends to "be nice" but is always looking down her nose at you, to be honest. Genuinely try to not go through her line if I can help it. Everyone else that works here is really nice though! So 5 stars for them!

This location has really gone downhill over the last 6 months. They have been out of my medication more than once (never had that problem until recently), but the final straw was today when not only were they out of my meds, they weren't even going to call me and tell me they didn't have it. They just put the prescription on hold and left it- AFTER telling me it would be ready in an hour. I am beyond disappointed with this pharmacy and won't be using it again.

Twice now we have entered the store in Mary Esther cut off TO FILL PERSCRIPTIONS AND ADD WALGREENS WELL RX PLAN . In both visits we were met with Racheal O. pharmacy tech with terrible attitude. I usually do not go in to stores being auto immune, after speaking with Racheal O. While trying to updated the computer/insurance group Numbers the employee attitude changed . When employee is allowed to speak derogatory to customers , this lowers the professional level of the entire team. One occurrence could be just bad day but second occurrence should be dealt with by company policy & training. Once contacting the store Manager nothing was resolved and Mrs. Racheal O was back at her store speaking to people like they are below her level. (414c )MARY ESTHER CUT OFF NORTH WEST FL 32548 Unfortunately WALGREENS you have lost our respect & business!

Due to the Beal store unexpectedly closing, the employees from the Mary Esther store had to take on a double workload, I am so grateful to these employees putting their life & safety at risk to provide excellent service. I especially want to thank the hard-working employee Rachel for her efficiency under the circumstances. She’s a gem!

Store employees are fantastic. But the short female pharmacist made me want to NEVER return to this store. She actually REFUSED to fill a prescription for my Norco 7.5! My mom was with me. We both were SPEECHLESS! She gave it back and said I'm not filling this. Your Dr writes too many script for pain meds! Who is she to turn away a script?? She is NOT MY DR.

Changed BACK to Walgreens from Target (CVS) since (just like Walgreens did years ago) Target stopped taking TriCare. The Walgreens experience was excellent when I used them before BUT NOT NOW! I have only been back for three weeks and with every prescription, it has been a hassle. It starts out with a very long wait on the phone. My doctor CALLED IN a prescription for an antibiotic and so about 30 minutes later I tried to call to see when I could pick it up. Tonight it was 12 minutes of waiting on the phone and then when I finally got someone on the phone, she transferred me "to the front of the pharmacy" and CUT ME OFF! Of course, I didn't know I had been cut off for about 10 minutes since I didn't have the intermittent dial tone to indicate such. SO, I had to start all over again. When I finally got the pharmacy the second time, they told me the computer system wouldn't update for two hours and to call back! So, here is my question...If I was standing there with a prescription in hand, would they tell me to come back in two hours to see if it was approved and filled? Do they not allow people to wait on their prescription? What is the difference in the doctor calling in and handing one in while you are in the store? I asked the person I was speaking with, if they are so busy they can't handle the work load. She said, Exactly"! So, if that is the case, I am changing to a less busy pharmacy. Publix, I am calling you tomorrow. This Walgreen used to be really good. Not anymore!
