No signs telling you customer service and returns are upstairs. Terrible customer service and communication. When I went to check out, a manager and cashier told me they had to close the register as I walked up to. So I walked to the only other open register and waited for the person ahead to be rung up. Rather than telling me they were opening a new register and to follow them to the new one, they shooed me away and watched me go to another line and wait behind a customer - opening a credit card nonetheless - and then proceeded to take people behind me rather than calling me back over to take me in order. I then had to wait while the customer opened a credit card, etc while I watched the people behind me get rung up. I left my items behind and I will purchase at another store who values me and my time.

Huge two story store. Lots of sales. Very inexpensive in some areas and super (ridiculous) expensive in others. Like seriously, I will never (even if I won the lottery) pay $120 for a measuring cup. None of the staff bothered us while shopping... the cashier looked like one too many old ladies had ruined his day (maybe his life).. as his blank expression and dead inside eyes told me he was almost ready to walk out and quit. I kept quite and paid because I know the feeling. But all in all it was a good experience. My heart and prayers go to the young cashier.. you're going to make it and you matter.

I wanted to find some inexpensive clothing I am in need of due to weight loss. I have shopped in this store's clearance departments in the past n found some awesome clothing at bargain bottom prices. My last trip was unsuccessful and due to how the clearance items were displayed, I was totally disappointed. Not only was all items bunched together, hangers intertwined and clothing on the floor, the sizes were all mixed together. The size I need, S, was on the top bar, for my height, basically all were out of reach. They items were still to pricey. After 90 min I left very frustrated n without new clothing

Very well put together store. I never come for anything specific but usually leave with something cool. Staff is nice and helpful. Not to mention that you can now return your Amazon stuff there. AND….. Gotta love them Kohl’s bucks!

Great customer service at the return center. The employee showed me how to tell the difference between a kohl's return and a ups return. Love the customer service.

This Kohl's was a little pricey. They had a good selection but the sales were not very good. A lot of items were buy one get 50% off a second.

Stores was very messy and clothing options severely limited. Couldn't find anyone in appliances to help us. When someone coming from store room came past, they were awesome and very quickly found the sales item we really wanted in the back. She was awesome and very friendly. Cashiers we a bit grumpy from my past 2 experiences.
