Some good and bad. Good deal on oil change with Uber deal, but misdiagnosed coolant leak. Wanted $2000 to put in new radiator, overflow tank and thermostat. But the feeder tube to the block was the problem! Luckily I took it to my mechanic and he found out the real issue. But I had bought the parts from rockauto, and it cost me $200 in shipping when I sent them back. Will update after I see if they help me recoup any of that!

Just went in for a wheel alignment and tire rotation. The associates were friendly and the service was fairly quick enough due to the fact that it is still early in the morning. I can't imagine what the wait time is when they are busy. The technicians that perform the actual service needs to be more attentive in following the work order! I had requested a tire rotation along with the wheel alignment, yet no tire rotation was done! Unfortunately I didn't check until I got home. I am willing to give this place a second chance only because it is conveniently located close to home. Just a word of caution to others who are thinking of getting their car serviced here to check carefully before leaving the store! Sad to say I have not received exceptional service from any Pep Boys locations for the longest time! Their prices remain competitive, but the quality of services have gone down hill!

Came in with an appointment and left almost 7 hours later right before they closed. I assume they need to hire additional mechanic staff. The advisors at the front desk had good customer service. When I was leaving a second person who had also been there all day told me he was upset and planned to go to another tire shop the next day.

Grease marks on door and handle, lube left on new rims from mounting, little effort put into alignment leaving camber uneven. Was told I needed new brakes and rotors because brakes were squeaking and then be called back 2 hours later saying I don't need either because they decided to actually inspect the brakes. I will not be back to pep boys the lack of pride and attention in the work performed is nauseating, I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Pep boys did a great job at an oil change here better Price than anywhere in Rohnert Park. The guys at the desk were really nice had a few good laughs I would definitely go back.

We went into the store this morning, had an appointment for 10:00 A.M. arrived at 8:30 A.M..The girl at the service desk had Micheal take a look for leak, he checked the whole tire,& stem, even ran a scan to check the tire pressure sensor, could not find any leak.We were not charged a dime.We will return to this pep Boys again.Earl

Great prices on tires and service. Also love the brilliant color and design of the building - so fun & unique! You can get oil changes and most repair services here. The place is really big and they have a lot of space to work on cars.
