I don't know if it's because I've told them in the past but I can go in for my oil change and not be asked for so many other services that I'm not interested in addressing at that particular time. Friendly attentive associates there to help you with whatever you have visited their shop from the start.

Called at 10:30AM on a working day, and nobody picked up the phone. The call got forwarded to an answering machine which, after spewing up the usual - lengthy- information, finally stated the mailbox is FULL, and no messages can be left! Apparently, the staff here abandonned, or are actively ignoring, their positions. If they can't be bothered to take a phone call, how can they be trusted with a car?! Service: Oil change

Almost always squeaky clean especially the highly efficient and professionally polished staff, this trek was met with a sweaty, dull, monotone guy who made me feel ill at ease. He was replaced (not at my suggestion) with a highly polished and professional woman who took me through the last portion quite expertly (like I am used to here). I never saw first young man again. Hope he's ok, grateful for ?Yolanda?or Yesenia? Note: they are trained to show you vehicle deficiencies and recommend more service.

I have brought all three of our family cars for the interior cleaning and exterior wash. Always good service. Never any damage. I like that they clean the rims and shine the tires. As for the oil change service, I am very eager for them to re-open. The oil change service was always top notch. I have had no less than 10 oil changes on multiple vehicles. They suggest other fluids, but I never feel pressured. Always polite and professional. I love how they shout their instructions and confirmations. It is like military precision. Great location. Bring back the oil change soon please!!

I had a lot of trouble at my first visit but ultimately the regional manager (I’m guessing that’s his position) made it right. I got my car seats and carpets washed. The seats looked brand new after although they missed a few small spots which I was able to easily wash myself.

I came it to get a carwash. It was as normal fairly busy. I have a 6yo with Cystic Fibrosis and as such I wished to stay in my vehicle. Which on previous occasions had not been an issue. Today was different. I was rudely told that ..." It's not a drive through, I don't care..." Even the lady that Iwho was taking the orders at the kiosk was rude when I attamoyed to explain the situation. I will definitely not go there again, and I would not recommend anybody go there. Well, unless that rude staff is replaced.

They make suggestion about things you might want to consider having done to your car but they're not pushy. The carwash and detailing is great! Some of the items in the store could be cheaper, but there are a lot of choices for your car,and snacks!

Did a horrible job clean the inside of my car? I spent 30$ the had to vacuum my car at their facility and then asked for my money back and got a bad attitude that turned around for the worse. I waited for a 1/2 hour to get my car cleaned. I even asked if it would be cleaned thoroughly do to some of the dirt and hair in my car. They proceeded to say that my car would be clean if I bought the 30 wash. I then did so. I asked for a refund after cleaning my own car and leaving a tip as well as spacing to management and other employees. I wanted over 15minutes for a refund and didn't even reserve my full refund. Didn't even receive an air freshener. They also broke my 800$ sunglasses. In conclusion, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! WORST CAR WASH EVER.

They were extremely kind to us as well as how they spoke to one another. They offered us drinks multiple times and made sure we were comfortable. The gentlemen went over the services we were receiving and made sure we were getting the correct service. We had our transmission drained and coolant changed. We are from Las Vegas and we're traveling across the country tomorrow and they were the only place we found that didn't have a week wait or longer. They also noticed our engine filter was dirty and so we had it replaced as well. The price points were very reasonable. So all together it was a very positive experience.
