I couldn't make a or get a call went to Verizon for help the tech got it straightened out in two minutes. They really know what they are doing. VERY happy with them been with them for years and wouldn't even think about going anywhere else!

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. I ordered a new phone over the phone with Verizon Wireless to replace my broken phone. I scheduled a pickup of the phone with the Verizon Rep. The VZW rep advised that I would receive a text within an hour to a different number confirming that the pickup was ready. The text was never received, so I called the store to confirm that the phone was ready as I was driving there. A young man answered and asked me a few questions. He confirmed my order and advised that the order should be ready when I arrived. I confirmed that the store closed at 7PM and I informed the gentleman that I would be arriving close to closing time but that I would get there before closing time, guaranteed. He said "we'll see you soon". I arrive at 6:55PM to find the lights off and the doors locked. I knocked on the doors in the hopes that someone would unlock the doors and fulfill my simple pickup request. Apparently, the representatives/management of this store believe that it's OK to close whenever they feel like it. When I called the store to connect with someone at Corporate to discuss this awful experience, I was left on hold for 30 minutes without being transferred or without having the option to leave a voicemail. The utter lack of professionalism for this authorized retailer leads me to wonder why Verizon would want to associate with this business at all.

Anytime I go there I’m greeted with a warm welcome Dan is super knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond. I highly recommend everyone going there for there Verizon needs! Great having a store that actually cares and listens and does what’s best for the customer.

I recently had a problem with my phone and am writing this to show my sincere appreciation for the representative.Giovanni.at the Verizon store on Bridge Avenue in Point Pleasant!!He was absolutely so professional and took care of my problem in a courteous,efficient manner! What a wonderful personality!What great service! ALL REPRESENTATIVES should deal with customers in this way! Thank you again to Giovanni!! Verizon is lucky to employ you and I was blessed to meet you!

So I bought an iPhone from the store in Seagirt yesterday “Big mistake” ! They gave me a new phone with instructions on how to transfer my contacts etc. The best part was my other phone was frozen so I couldn’t receive my verification code and they didn’t transfer the SIM card. So I decided to go to the Verizon store in Point Pleasant and I’m so happy I did. Dan & Anthony were so helpful I recommend that location. 😊Not having a cell phone is so stressful & I have a business and needed a cell phone ASAP. I will never go back to the Seagirt Verizon store.

First went to Wall Verizon store and waited in line for help. Clerk came out to line and asked what I needed help with. I explained and he said he could not help me and handed me a paper with Verizon tech support number and told me they would “walk me through it” over the phone. Great customer service! I decided to try Go Wireless on Bridge Ave. The gentleman named Dan listened to my concerns and said he would help me. He was so nice to deal with after my Wall experience. He straightened out my problems with my Samsung with ease. I worked in retail for 20 years and so I am aware of good customer service practices. So 5 stars for Go Wireless and 0 for Wall Verizon! They should take lessons from Dan.

Marilyn was so patient, understanding, and efficient in getting me set up in a new phone and tablet and was honest explaining the cost and even explained what my first bill would be and every bill going forward. I was in those store years ago and the management team was not so good but Marilyn, mike, and mark are great! Come to Point Pleasant Verizon for your next phone and be treated like family!

I drove from Manchester passed multiple other Verizon stores just to go to the store Marilyn LaBarca works in which is currently the Point Pleasant store She is extremely helpful and takes her time to help me and explain new phones to me. Marilyn is the reason I am with Verizon and not with AT&T She really makes me feel like a valued customer. This is the second Note I have purchased and as I said, she has been very helpful and I appreciate her time and patience Please recognize her for going Above and Beyond! Thank You Marilyn!
