“Thank you for calling. How can I make your day brighter” was how I was created by Bob when calling about my 2013 Ford Explorer. I had a list of issues when I brought my truck in. My serpentine belt made a noise when wet, a check engine light(I looked up the code) that could have been 1 of 4 things, and an issue with my suspension. I spent a day looking up all the possible problems. I had convinced myself that this would be painful and expensive. Most online estimates had repairs north of $1100. Bob called me back that afternoon and explained my issues. All were the best case scenario(financially) During the COVID outbreak, when businesses were hurting for customers.
