Our mail is constantly delivered to the wrong address. I have filed complaints for 4 years and it still is an issue.

I live in a fairly new development where everyone's mailboxes are together in small compartments that open with a key. There are larger boxes on the bottem for packages in which a key will be left in your regular mailbox to access to get your package. Well these keys weren't working for a couple of us to get our packages today. I called the postoffice and there wasnt a carrier to come and help, so the supervisor postponed his lunch to come and open the door with the master key and we received our packages. So thank you Mai, sir, we appreciate you.

I live in Wildwood and for the few years I had a problem with my mail. I spoke to number of people at both the Wildwood and Rio Grande post offices. No one helped until this week when I spoke to Mike who resolved all my problems. Thank you very much for a great job, nice to see Someone care.
