Honestly, for everyone near by, don’t go here. They are a waste of time. I don’t complaint easily. But it was unexceptable how they are located where there are many hispanics and they don’t have a single hispanic working there. My parents dont speak spanish they had to call me to communicate with them. There was a lady working there who you could listen that she didn’t have the mood to even work there. She seem racist and no help. As a member of the T-Mobile team she was useless and didn’t even know how to change the language of the phone as well as the manager. Idiots. They were both rude. And if IPhone 13 pro didnt work over seas why is it being sold over seas. If you dont like your job go find another one. 👍🏼 I will also be contacting T-Mobile to file a complaint request i have been a member for more than 10 years and i will not allow this behavior to continue from lazy people

I can't believe how rude Bill was to us. We purchased a phone from a different location for my girlfriend's step mother and she didn't like it. We were closer to this location, so we called to ask if we could return it. Bill answered the phone and told us "it would be better that you return the phone where you bought it". That confused me as he didn't say the policy is that you can only return phones where you bought it.. We drove to the store and he immediately looked upset prior to greeting us when he saw we had a T-Mobile bag in our hand. We told him we had a called and noted that we were missing a sim card push pin, and that he couldn't accept the return. I saw multiple little push pins laying around the store. I asked him about including on of them, and he said accepting the return will hurt his numbers and that he would not accept the return. I'm on the phone with a T-Mobile rep that is explaining to me, that this is not T-mobiles policy to refuse us to protect his numbers. I now feel more determined than ever to return the phone at this location as Bill is an incredibly rude employee that poorly represents T-Mobile as a company. A company I've had many lines with for many years.

Going into a normal Cell phone store you expect to try and be sold on something you don’t necessarily need. Going into this store with the assumption that they’re all the same I was very happy with how the whole interaction went. Unexpectedly I had a lot of fun setting up service with the two gentlemen, they took care of everything I needed and then some. Great store, great people and good vibes.

I want to start out by saying. I do not usually complain but today, I visited the Rio Grande store for two new contracts. We ended up leaving. The store manager was rude and obviously did not want to help us... terrible experience. On another note, I was in Wayne,NJ two weeks ago and had a great experience.

A female employee was extremely rude and disrespectful after I waited patiently for more than an hour. She could have at least estimated the wait time, knowing where she was in the process with another customer, instead of saying “I’ll be right with you” which was a lie.

My husband just had to get his phone replaced, so we were at the Tmobile store two times within a week. The Retail Associate Manager Cody was very pleasant to work with. He was very respectful and helped us throughout the process. I would highly recommend going to this store for any of your Tmobile needs.
