The brow bar at Ulta in Rio Grande is so nice - Michelle does an amazing job every time! I love that she takes the time to map and talk to you about what she will do. So happy to go in an establishment so clean and with a staff so welcoming!

Place does hair mediocre and petty. Cancels your appointment last minute several times. Poor business the hair salon. Store nice and clean but understaffed in salon and petty hairstylist works there. Thank goodness she leaving for new salon. If you have to cancel your appointment they make sure to be petty and cancel yours last minute. Don't waste your time going to this salon.

I shop here often and have never written a review. A woman named Melissa helped with each item I was looking for. She was so warm and friendly she made me feel extremely comfortable and not awkward or annoying in the slightest( how I usually feel asking for help in any store). Products are great, store is clean. I am a regular client & had been anxiously waiting for the reopening due to pandemic of My Rio Grande store. I can say that my last visit & Salon session was a very pleasant experience from the entrance: perfect customer service, very clean & safe environment, as well as the cooperation between all manager & staff. My stylist Cherise always very hospitable and relaxed and her job, a true artist in her skill. She supports, but also guides my wishes to get a successful look. A week before my next BD & I love the my new look it turned out even more stunning than I could of imagined. Cherise has Magical hands.

I’ve trusted my hair to Charise for half a year. She brought me from a dark red to blonde in one sitting and the results were AMAZING. Minimal damage and a blow out i rocked for nearly a week. She then helped my fulfill my purple unicorn dreams, spending ample time testing to find me the right shades. Erin, the other stylist, has also contributed to my overhauls. Love the collaborative team work the salon provides and having the entire Ulta store to utilize definitely adds to the experience. Highly recommend, just know what you want because these girls will make it HAPPEN.
