My mom was overcharged for parts and they get discounts on the parts from stores. They charged her over $500 for parts. My mom did a price check and found this out. They’re all about making money. The guy said that they have to pay their rent, so he basically admitted that the extra money is for their rent and not the parts or the mechanic. But last week one guy said that they have to pay their driver with the money. Buy your own parts and go somewhere else to save your money. I thought I could trust this store but I was wrong. I will never recommend this location to anyone. This is basically fraud.

Held my car for over 6 hours to fix a nail in the tire only to show up at 6 to have Chris tell me it cant be fixed. Went to autozone and purchased a kit and had it fixed in 5 minutes. Pretty sure they just wanted to try and sell me a tire.

Came in on a saturday to see why my brakes sounded like they were going bad as my car was making a grinding noise. The guy at the register told me I couldn't be seen but a mechanic who was upfront told him he would take my car back immediately. Never thoroughly checked my brakes at all and conveniently convinced me that I just had to get 2 new tires right then and there and replace my tierods. Drove out of state and my car got worse to the point I had to drive less than 40mph back home in the middle of the night because I was afraid my brakes were going to go out on me! Took my car back in that Monday and they tried to say my brakes were ok despite me telling them otherwise. The mechanic Sid was so rude and even cussed at me because he was "upset" that he would have to actually take my tires and brake pads off to actually inspect them - which I was right my brakes were going bad! Not to mention when he took my car for a test drive he showed no sense of care at all with not only how he drove it but my turn signal switch ended up being broke on his return. (They did replace the part same day which im thankful for) Chad did his best to provide me with good customer service but I didn't appreciate the fact that they all made excuses for Sids lack of knowing how to talk to ppl just because he's "good at his job". They tried to quote me $1000 to fix my car! A complete joke!!!!! I've never had such a horrible experience let alone complete waste of time dealing with belle tire and im sure I wasn't the only one as it was like deja vu being there and seeing 3 other faces that were also there the last time I went. I'll gladly take my car elsewhere from now on!

Took a little longer then I factored and I had scheduled the spot first. However… I was about 15 min late (was taking my son’s up but they forgot the flat tire was left in my car and had to run back home). I knew being late was going to mess their times a bit. They do offer coffee, free Wi-Fi, tv, spacious waiting area. I sat outside on the park bench and enjoyed the nice day. Spent about 3 hrs there. Took them a bit to get the car back then had to wait for the alignment check. Really it was my fault for being late but it did kinda feel like there was some favoritism given to repeat customers (while I was waiting in line, twice regulars came in and were addressed before those in line). The guy in front of me seemed more miffed about it. I happily lurked on Reddit while waiting. Oh! And there’s plenty to walk too. If you’re hungry or wanting something fresh to drink, they’re in a decent spot and beside a small strip mall. I just chose to wait there but you can just drop your car and go too.

The worst tire service I have ever received, waited almost 3 hours for two tires to be put on backwards, and when I called to ask if they would fix it they told me they can’t put me ahead of the line just come in here and they will take care of it when they can get to it….. this place is a joke don’t ever waste your money here

Aug.23 bought set of tires..97jaguar back tire lugs take 15/16 socket ..tech. did not understand, they order lugs did not fix..I replied put old rear lugs on 2hrs later car come out with back tire.... On white wall side .clearly the front have black walls, 1hr. Later talk to manager Nice, but No discount of apologies.

Took an hour to swap 2 tires after putting it in the bay and 20+ more minutes to give me my keys when they were done. Looking at my car waiting for someone to have the curtesy to get me out of their lobby that I have been sitting in for an hour and 45 minutes.

Had a flat on my travel trailer. Called Belle Tire was told they had a replacement. Replaced my tire and got me out the door pretty quick. Now I have a new spare tire.

They have taken me in on short notice twice and always take the time to explain everything and look out for their Customers. Ron and Eric are life savers as they looked for a wierd grinding noise and popping noise. Didn't even charge me when it was wasn't anything replaced or really fixed. Just a simple alignment and tire issue. They are incredibly respectful and helpful. They'll be my service provider for life.

I bought 4 tires, at the standard price of most shops, I'm sure some shops are cheaper, but I like the fact that if my alignment is off, ( which is what I needed), they're able to handle that or any other front-end mechanical problem discovered.... The shops do oil changes, too... I'm not sure what other services are offered. The employees appear knowledgeable and are courteous. The waiting area is clean, bright, and inviting. I also like the email copy of the receipt, which I received.
