Definitely was not going to dollar general to “buy underage”. Cashier assumed my 23 year old boyfriend was underage and refused to scan my legal ID. Kroger even takes one ID, it was simply a matter of convenience for us. We were really starting to like this location but unfortunately, due to the poor interaction, we will not be coming back. ~Madison

I'm so upset right now😤. I ordered some charger plates off of their website for my wedding. This was the first time that I've ever ordered from dollartree.com. I placed my order last month on the 25th so I'll have them. I finally received my email to pick them up yesterday 6/16. I got there and the said that my order wasn't there 😲😡. But clearly I received an email confirmation that they were ready for pickup. I left mad and disappointed. I called customer support. The representative reached out to the store saying same thing. The representative said all she can do is offer me a refund. A REFUND. I NEED THE PRODUCT THAT WAS ORDERED ALMOST A MONTH AGO!!!! ~Keaye

I went to pick up a script. The young man could not have been more nicer or more helpful! What refreshing experience, I hope Walmart knows what a gem they have to have him as an employee! Efficient, smiling, knowledgeable! I went to pharmacy about 5:15pm tonight. Walmart, please reward him with something! Blond young gentleman, I wish I had gotten his name! ~Terrie

The employees here need to work on their customer service skills or find another job because I came into this station multiple times and felt discriminated over their body language and choice of words. Speedway across the street is an good example and I get charged less for the same stuff I buy. ~James

The new manager is rude and does not understand what Customer service is. The sidewalks were covered in snow, there was not even an attempt to clear the walkways or the parking lot. He does not know how to use the register. I used to go to that location multiple times per week and now I will drive a little further to handle my business. I'm not sure if it's lack of training or he just doesn't care, but things were much better before the new manager took over!! ~Lynn

Good place for snacks,drinks,tobacco,lottery, or gas. They have diesel and off road diesel. Owner and staff are very nice. ~Richard

Bathroom toilet was full of diarrhea, I immediately walked out. Cashier was eating ice-cream behind the counter and didn't even speak to me. Yikes ~Chloe
