I’m so glad I brought my car to this Midas. My left turn signal stopped working and I had a flat tire all in the same day. They repaired my car by the next day even though I wasn’t able to call ahead of time. They even sent someone to pick me up the next day when I couldn’t find a ride back to Midas. They are extremely respectful and kind people who know their stuff! The price was very reasonable. I would gladly return for their service. Service: Auto tire replacement

Stopped in the Midas on Gull road on Saturday, June 25th because my SUV exhaust started getting loud Friday evening. Mike was extremely nice and was going to try and work me in between customers if I could leave the vehicle with him. I wasn’t able to leave it but he made an appointment for me to come back on Tuesday and drop it off. I walked through the door on Tuesday morning and Mike was there and greeted me. Impressive that I didn’t have to say who I was because Mike remembered from three days ago and you know they deal with a lot of customers. Mike called me back within the hour and gave me two options to fix the problem and of course the best economical way to go. Mike was very honest with me I gave him the okay to fix it and they had me out the door that day. My SUV is back purring like a kitten. It’s good to know there are mechanics out there that doesn’t take advantage of the customer, especially being a female. I had my oil changed, tires rotated, and brake light fixed at Midas. After almost 2 years of living in Kalamazoo, I finally found an auto place that I feel comfortable at and can trust! This Midas location on Gull Road reminds me of the auto place back home that I grew up going to. The staff were incredibly friendly, beyond helpful, and I would sincerely recommend to anyone. Brian and his crew are the absolute best! My old 2008 Ford had been on its last leg for some time but Midas helped me keep it running. But when I took it in for brakes, they discovered that a rear shock was so rusted that it's no longer safe to drive. All the repairs would cost a fortune and Brian said 'he wouldn't feel right taking my money'. He didn't even charge me for looking at it! Love these guys (and gal, Jen)!!! Service: Brakes

My turn signal was not functioning because of a bulb was not working so I stopped at Midas on Gull Road, without an appointment. Inspection was made and in a matter of minutes the bulb was replaced and I was on my way. My stop was made at a busy time, but I was treated with respect. I have used Midas on Gull Road for several years and have always been happy with any work done. I would recommend this restablishment to anyone and I will return for any work I need. My car had a squeak that was driving me nuts. Other mechanics claimed they fixed it after having my car for 7 weeks, but no! I stopped in at Midas and told Brian what was going on. I was going to have to wait for my vehicle, so he set me up with an appointment. While I waited Brian chit chatted with me in between waiting on his other customers. Once my car was diagnosed, Brian made a phone call to my warranty company and got them to pay for more than half of the cost. A couple hours later my car no longer squeaks. There are less expensive mechanics out there, but the customer service and not having to wait more than a day makes the cost well worth it. Oh and while I was waiting, there was a little old lady with a walker. Brian had the mechanic park her car at the end of the ramp, so it was easier for her to get to her car and with such patience, he walked her to her car and helped her get her walker in her car. This is the third time I’ve used Midas and I will continue to go back there. The mechanics there know what they are doing and they seem to actually care about making sure their customers are happy when they leave. Service: General repairs & maintenance

I brought a couple vehicles into this Gull Road location, including my Ford Escape today. Great service. I had an oil change and a break bulb replaced. A few months ago, I stopped in for a quick check of a noise that I thought should be checked out before a trip, they were prompt and reviewing and getting me back on the road, no service necessary. Mike and Bryan, these guys really helped me out of a bind. My Tahoe was stuck on the side of the road with a broken starter, the staff at Midas coordinated a drop off time with my tow service, and replaced my starter for a price I was very satisfied with. What's more... I think they may have patched my exhaust leak up too, it wasn't mentioned, and I wasn't charged, but they did it. Highly recommend stopping by here for honest and reliable service!

The manager is rather amazing! While unable to get work done, they were kind enough to hold on to my vehicle for me. Unlike past experiences at other shops, these guys have treated me with kindness and understanding of my situation. They were upfront with me about my vehicles needs, and took care of my car without charging me for unnecessary situations (like a daily holding fee, Midas doesn't do that!) Service: Brakes
