Not helpful. I called about a product to see if they had it in stock and I was told yes over the phone and then I drove 30 minutes to get here just to find out that they don't have it and had no idea what I was talking about ~Ryan

Stopped in the Midas on Gull road on Saturday, June 25th because my SUV exhaust started getting loud Friday evening. Mike was extremely nice and was going to try and work me in between customers if I could leave the vehicle with him. I wasn’t able to leave it but he made an appointment for me to come back on Tuesday and drop it off. I walked through the door on Tuesday morning and Mike was there and greeted me. Impressive that I didn’t have to say who I was because Mike remembered from three days ago and you know they deal with a lot of customers. Mike called me back within the hour and gave me two options to fix the problem and of course the best economical way to go. Mike was very honest with me I gave him the okay to fix it and they had me out the door that day. My SUV is back purring like a kitten. It’s good to know there are mechanics out there that doesn’t take advantage of the customer, especially being a female. I’m so glad I stopped in Saturday because I now have a place I’m comfortable with and trust. I highly recommend this location!! Thanks Mike and the team on Gull Road! A. I like anytime because it’s always a really friendly environment. I especially have had good experiences with Lisa. She’s always helped make me more comfortable with the equipment and shown me ways to make sure I’m getting a good workout! ~Megan

Not sure if Costco really needs any introduction, but for those of you who haven’t discovered the wonderland that is The Costco Warehouse, it may change you. Pay some more and get a lot more is the name of the game here. Sometimes I go just to peruse up and down every isle looking for deals on things I didn’t know I needed. Like pizza rolls, Costco is always a 10. ~Justin

They Definitely need More Workers . I had to walk out because there was only 1 person running the register . I love speedway but this one is my least favorite, i had to put my items back and leave because standing in a line for 15 minutes is too long for me. Get it together speedway on Drake Road! ~Anna

My sandwich (ham, pepper jack,lettuce, red onion, chipotle mayo) and grape leaves were fantastic! The staff was very friendly and efficient. Haven't been in since it was Irving's but it was a quality substitute. ~Craig

While in the Kalamazoo area I was looking for some food near my hotel and google pointed me in the direction of El Ranchero. This is an awesome place, it’s a Hispanic grocery store aka bodega. Has food, meats and treats. You can find pretty much anything you want here from Mexico and it reminds me of my childhood growing up in California. Inside the store they also have a taqueria with bomb tacos! I’ve been back twice on my trip for drinks and snacks! I really enjoy this store! ~David

Won't be back. You could barely walk through this store with the way everything was crammed in. Let alone even try to use one of their shopping carts. Then when you go to checkout... OMG... The line leading up to the 4 checkouts, wrapped at least half-way around the outer wall of the store. I realize they moved, downsizing, from the much larger location that was 2-story. To a single story location that is ¼ to ⅓ of the size, & then tried to put everything back out on to the sales floor. Talk about claustrophobic, let alone a fire hazard! ~Chris
