Great place to buy in bulk and/or save in groceries shopping. It has a large selection of frozen items that come in handy when in a rush or just not feeling like cooking. The wine selection is not bad.

I was amazed how quiet it is here. No long lines. Everybody super happy and helpful. We got our stuff and walked to an empty checkout. Short line for cheap gasoline also.

Not sure if Costco really needs any introduction, but for those of you who haven’t discovered the wonderland that is The Costco Warehouse, it may change you. Pay some more and get a lot more is the name of the game here. Sometimes I go just to peruse up and down every isle looking for deals on things I didn’t know I needed. Like pizza rolls, Costco is always a 10.

Purchased my membership here (on Mother's Day no less), and it was a great experience from start to finish! I am a long time Sam's club member, but am traveling somewhere for a week, and there is not one there. Enter Costco. I was pleasantly surprised at how much it reminded me of Sam's club, but also had some different items (and prices) to offer. I have since gone to another location in Grand Rapids, and even though this one is a bit further from my house, I believe this will be my go-to location.

Calling to inquire about nutritional drink from Prarie Farms if on shelf. (Battle Creek Sam's Club not had on shelves least 2 weeks). Yes Costco had on shelves 2 flavors... Staff answering phone polite as I I inquired about "Pass or Shop for day". Yes one can shop, but if you decide want to purchase that day, then purchase membership to be done. She related $$ for membership.

The cashier was very rude. I gave her my card and when my husband tried to pay she asked for his card and didn't even scan it just said we both needed them. Anyway i ended up paying and i remember i gave her 150.10 and she put it in her box and i was expecting change back so i told her and she said that i gave her exact change. This has never happened to us atleast not both of us being asked for our cards we are obviously a couple, one household and we are there together she was just rude in her mannerisms overall. We felt targeted and it was very uncomfortable.

Always love Costco trips. First, gas was $0.80 less than other gas stations. Then, going in and grabbing groceries is easy and quick for me, as I've been going for years. I love the selection, prices, and location.

I was very disappointed during several shopping episodes at your store. I am an executive member cardholder for the past several years at your store. I was simply looking for some fresh produce which any shopper does. I was nicely going through the produce and choosing what I felt was what I wanted. I gathered the produce I wanted and went on to shop for some other items. I was then questioned regarding my actions in the produce section by an employee. I was dumbfounded by this interaction as I did not know as a shopper in any store that I am not allowed to choose what I want. I am the consumer and I am going to pick out the items I want. And certainly when it comes to produce I am going to be choosy as I want the produce to last as long as it can to feed my family. I dont want what looks like decaying produce ie fruits, vegetables. If I wanted these I could go to another store where it is labeled as older produce and I then am informed and can make an informed decision. This goes for the same with bakery products. I think it is up to the consumer on any product and as the owner of their finances to choose what products I want whether this be clothing, food, gas etc. I was upset to say the least over this encounter and now I feel some trepidation in even coming back because I worry if I will be stopped again. This does not make for a pleasant shopping experience especially as one spends 150.00 to maintain a membership at your store. Here is a suggestion, label the outdated or older products so the shopper then has the ability to choose if they want the older products.

incredibly friendly staff, extremely clean and well-stocked store. helpful employees and easy to navigate checkout lanes. they carry a vast assortment of products; their house brands are extremely high quality. They also carry exclusive items packaged just for Sam's Club from national brands I always buy. The store is worth checking out frequently; they rotate stock and add new, limited-time items constantly. Of the two major "big-box" stores in the area (I am an executive/Plus member of both) I must say I prefer Costco. ...now I just need to buy a freezer the size of a Ford F-250 long bed and I will be all set.

Love shopping here because they have great customer service and the quality of the products stand out. You will find great deals and find yourself coming back more often. Their pizza is one of the best! New find: Their Tuxedo cake is one of my favorite chocolate cakes! It is so yummy! With a layer of chocolate mousse and cream cheese, perfect combination!
