Best tire shop in Kalamazoo, Michigan (MI) 2025

Stopped in the Midas on Gull road on Saturday, June 25th because my SUV exhaust started getting loud Friday evening. Mike was extremely nice and was going to try and work me in between customers if I could leave the vehicle with him. I wasn’t able to leave it but he made an appointment for me to come back on Tuesday and drop it off. I walked through the door on Tuesday morning and Mike was there and greeted me. Impressive that I didn’t have to say who I was because Mike remembered from three days ago and you know they deal with a lot of customers. Mike called me back within the hour and gave me two options to fix the problem and of course the best economical way to go. Mike was very honest with me I gave him the okay to fix it and they had me out the door that day. My SUV is back purring like a kitten. It’s good to know there are mechanics out there that doesn’t take advantage of the customer, especially being a female. I’m so glad I stopped in Saturday because I now have a place I’m comfortable with and trust. I highly recommend this location!! Thanks Mike and the team on Gull Road! A. Dropped my car off, then received a call saying they couldn't install the tires because they did not have the correct parts for my car. Said they would refund my card, a month later still no refund. I stopped by the tire center after shopping for groceries. It took them 45 minutes to refund my card, with no explanation why it took so long, horrible custom service. ~Robb

Always a great experience! The staff is very friendly and informative. They never have my car more than a day and warranty their work. I got updated before any work was done and a quote for pricing. They actually saved me money as they were able to reuse a part. BTW, they do a lot more than just tires so it's been a one stop shop for me. ~Crystal

Don't waste your time bringing any tire issues to walmart tire centers anymore. So many stupid rules in place that their answer is just to buy new tires, which they make impossible to get mounted too when the tires finally do arrive. Services: Auto tire replacement, Tires ~Crystal
