Dropped my car off at night and used their drop key box. I had my car back by 2:00 the next day. Oil changed, tires rotated and a new serpentine belt. The price was reasonable (I expected to pay more than I did) and for the most part the customer service was quick and informative. I'll be back.

I moved to the area 1.5 yr ago and thought this place was great... at first. My car was aged and I took it in every 3 months to get an inspection, as there were new sounds. Several times in a row I was either given a small repair or told there was nothing wrong with my car. Well... I tell them I'm trying to sell my car and get an inspection. Suddenly, there are $3k+ repairs that they find. Many of these issues are ones I had been going in about beforehand and they never "found"... until it was convenient for them. Time to find a real mechanic shop for my new car. Also, I went to get a simple tire rotation. They had my car for the entire day and the tires were not rotated...

After getting my truck back I noticed some of my stuff had been moved and opened. They stole a portable battery charger out of my truck. Go to another store!!

We went in for what we thought was a tire issue under warrantee. It was not and they still didn't charge us. Just helped us out. We'll be seeing them for our winter tires

Got 2 new tires replaced and expected the new ones to be put on the front. They put them both on the left side of my car and didnt even bother to put my spare tire in place. On a separate occasion they knocked the logo off of my rim and I had to go back to get this part back. Overall pretty lazy work and not detail oriented.

Came back for the alternator and turns out I didn’t need one it’s the water pump.Glad I didn’t get it and I will never come to this store again. Even their tires cost too much.

Always a great experience! The staff is very friendly and informative. They never have my car more than a day and warranty their work. I got updated before any work was done and a quote for pricing. They actually saved me money as they were able to reuse a part. BTW, they do a lot more than just tires so it's been a one stop shop for me.

Had been getting great service on about 6 different vehicles since 2013 until my most recent interaction when a tire they installed failed due to an installation error. While this alone is bad (strike one), I thought it was initially handled well by Belle. The rep acknowledged their error and promptly ordered a new tire. When I came to pick up the wheel with the new tire on the day I was told (over a week later), it wasn't ready. This was strike two. Strike three came when I returned later that day to find that the incorrect tire had been ordered and mounted on my wheel. I was the one to catch this, not their team, even though they still had the damaged tire sitting right next to it for comparison and reference. Not sure why I am still counting strikes after three, but number four came when they finally got the correct tire installed on my wheel (now 12 days after I initially dropped it off). Once I got the wheel back home for mounting I (again, not their team) noticed that the tire had been installed backwards, with the outside facing in. Being an asymmetric tread pattern, this is not the proper way to install the tire! It also clearly states "outside" on the sidewall. For the fifth and final strike, I was asked to pay almost $187 for this wonderful experience. Thanks but no thanks Belle.
