I forget who I spoke to, but the gentleman was very honest. He told me NOT to hire him to do a job that I didn't need. 130k on an older transmission means don't mess with the fluid when maintenance is well past the due date or mileage. It will hurt more than help. The guy did me a solid. Thanks 👍

My wife just called this morning and was treated very rudely for simply asking a question regarding her transmission oil on how to get it checked to make sure the fluids are ok due to the transmission being sealed. The rude man that stated he’s been working there for 19 years was no help at all his customer service was horrible replying back to her as if she was annoying him so my wife hung up on him because she had enough of his rudeness. This is very disappointing and should not be tolerated simply because of his so called “Seniority” I truly hope this review helps someone else in the future. I will also be contacting corporate because I’m disgusted..

They rebuilt my transmission for my 4×4 and I had to take it back 3 times for failure. The 3rd time they gave me another story after paying them $2500.00 all of a sudden, now I needed a transfer case. I had to pay them an additional $700.00 They should've known that when they rebuilt the transmission. This shop is definitely shady. Never again Service: Transmission

I woke early on a saturday for an 8am appointment. I sat at the location for about 15min. The owner of the garage next door came and told me the tech had called out sick. I called the owner or manager Bill. He told me he didnt have number to call me. He said he would call me monday to reschedule. Its been a week havent heard from anybody. I understand theres alot going on right now covid , lockdowns, holidays. So i hope every one there is ok. If they are i think a 15 second phone call to let me know whats going on would have been appropriate and proffesional.

I attempted to make an appointment here but I canceled and made a new one with one of their competitors. After making my appointment online I received an email from a personal account, with a personal cell phone number, in a format reminiscent of a preschooler’s Christmas list in crayon. When I talked to Bill on the phone, he was creepy, gross and disturbing. AAMCO should pull this franchise to avoid any lawsuits that these creeps have, currently, or will cause and if you’re a female you should not under any circumstances give them any of your information.

Terrible business,very poor quality work. Dishonest business ethics. Mechanics are very inexperienced,lack of knowledge in repair. 6 months after transmission rebuild transmission broke again. Took 2 weeks to get vehicle finished. They completely damaged my exhaust. Then they deny any responsibility to fix exhaust.

The customer service here is on the top of my list on mechanic shops, had the wonderful pleasure of doing business with Bill his just great. Bill did a transmission repair for my 2006 Acura TL along with other services that you won't find any price better than this one, plus a done deal 100% eyes closed. From now on,i Will not do business anywhere else just AAMCO and ask for Bill. SUPER EXCITED with the work on my car. Recommend to everyone having car issues with transmission.

We need more people like Mr.Gleason when it comes to dealing with customer, when you go to pick up your car,he has no time to waste talking about the problem of this car cause he knows that this problem has been fixed already,he instead takes time to treat you as a friend,a family. Mr. Gleason treat you like one of the family. His staff is very knowledgeable. The price is reasonable. And he stands behind his work. I've been dealing with this company for over 15 years. In all those years I have never had a problem.

WORST experience in all of life dealing with any business place. Took car in for check engine light, stalling and sudden acceleration. Transmission was supposed to be rebuilt;Took it back 3 times in 3 months - problem still persists. Business owner was abusive, belligerent, hostile, rude, aggressive... We had to call the police when he told us to 'get out' of his shop. When they came, he told them to 'get out' also. I'LL NEVER, EVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN, EVEN IF SOMEONE PAID ME!!!
