OMG I take it back! It's going downhill again. I went to get a script from my doctor. She has provided 4 refills. It said this on CVS online and when I went to pick up I confirmed. Now, it shows 1 refill, 3 refills disappeared. This is meds for people. What is going on?? You are messing with people's health. The pharmacy service has now not improved. A few months back there was someone in pharmacy that would repeatedly provide inaccurate information. Now, it seems different, and those answering the phone are accurate and careful about information. I wish there were less wait on answering calls though, but I understand there are a lot of customers. The customer service at the store section is not always good. The last time I was there the clerk in front insisted I couldn't use my Rewards Buck card for butter. I had a few dollars of rewards and she insisted I couldn't use them. I called CVS customer service afterwards and they confirmed she was not correct. They advised next time I should call the manager if I want to use my reward bucks and clerk doesn't let me use them.

A typical CVS in a poor area. The shelves are always under stocked. The parking lot is filled with trash. Some of the management team members are really rude.

I just noticed I ran out of my heart medication today. I called my normal pharmacy today and they were closed because its Sunday. I didn't know what to, I just knew if I didn't take my medicine it could be really bad. I went to my closest CVS and the Pharmacist couldn't fill it because he couldn't get ahold of my pharmacy because they were closed, but what he did next was so kind. He offered me a few pills to get me by until he could contact my pharmacy to get it resolved. I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for him. From now on I will fill all my scripts at this location. CVS has a customer for life. I already told a bunch of my family and friends about how great the staff is. Thank you for helping me in my time of need!!!

Manager thought it was okay to speak to me like a child and order me to give something to her that I placed on the counter because it “didn’t go there.” When I said “okay” and casually tossed it on the counter in front of her she again ordered me to “not throw things at her.” I came nowhere close to throwing it at her. She was just annoyed I was unbothered by her overbearing attitude. This might seem like nothing to someone who has never worked customer service, but as someone who has that behavior was appalling. It is never okay to belittle a customer, no matter what they are doing. There is always a professional course of action if you really feel some type of way.

Pharmacy has the worst customer services. Extremely rude. They don't update prescription records. Make people go several times for a prescription that is never ready. They don't even have the education to apologize or commit to improve the services. I advise anyone to use another location.

Most of the Pharmacy staff or completely rude and inpatient. A couple of them are very nice and helpful while others should go home take a nap and start their day again. An attitude and inpatience does not belong where you are dealing with the public. The front end staff are all friendly, professional, and helpful.

There is an employee that has worked at this location for some time I believe that she goes by Teah (front end with lovely dreadlocks)I know that I've butchered her name but this women is absolutely fantastic ! And I genuily mean that this women works this entire store she knows it from head to toe and I know this because its been our neighborhood store on and off for almost 9 years.Im really writing in hopes that her management team would wipe the coal out of there eyes and move this girl up the corporate ladder already .I have heard so many people give her compliments but no one writes a review or calls to show acknowledgement so I will just leave this here .She always goes above and beyond. Her co workers even agree .Your community sees your efforts and we thank you !!
