I cannot call the office directly and get ahold of anyone. It just rings forever and won't let me leave a voicemail. I have to call the customer service line for USPS in general only to get a bot which cannot help me. USPS stopped delivering my packages suddenly. I have a locked mailbox as part of my apartment complex and they've also used the amazon locker in our complex for bigger packages before or just left them at my door which has not been an issue. But they simply stopped delivering my packages and the only day I can get there in person is Saturdays since I work full time out of town. Very frustrating, there's even been a letter I had to go pick up because they wouldn't just put it in my locked mailbox.

I mailed a package from MN to my sister in FL and the tracking status showed it was delivered, but my sister did not get it. I called Palm Harbor office and a nice gentleman did follow up and my sister received her package in her hands. Thank you for your support! May 26 2022.

If I do not get packages out of my mail box fast enough, my mail carrier will take it back to the post office and not tell me. I have had packages say, delivered. And when I go to get it, it is not there. Took so long to figure out why. But when they take the packages back, the don't leave a note explaining to pick it up from the post office. I've never experienced that before. Horrible communication.

Absolute most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. Lost my package not once, but twice. Second time. I did lose my tracking number and I own that, however according to the clerk if they have the date, time and name of the cler, the clerk can pull it up. I give them the date and exact time. Only 3 people working up front at that time. They refuse to see who was working that day and ask each one of the three to look it up. I got $500 riding on this package. This is a extremely small ask and a easy fix. Should I have not lost the receipt. Of course. But sometimes u trust people to do their dang job and get a package from a to b. Then I get asked to wait to speak with a manager and after 15mins no body shows up and I just leave.

The workers here at this location are pretty nice, but the USPS overall service is TRASH. Everything I send out from this place gets lost, even when I put tracking numbers on it, and I pay extra for faster delivery. NOTHING helps. They take my money and then fail to locate an address, and then fail to locate my package. Their Customer Service line is a JOKE. 25 mins on hold and still nobody answering. Their automated answering machine is probably the worst. You have to enter your tracking number like 7 times before it actually connects you with an agent. WASTE of time. Won't send anything with USPS again.

I’m a P.O. Box customer, and on 11/18/2021, I received my informed delivery scan and saw a long expected check was due in that day, along with another letter for the prior box holder. When I arrived, the letter was there, but my check was not. I went to the counter to let them know the letter wasn’t for me, and my other mail piece was missing. The clerk was dismissive, and told me it could take up to a week, I waited, but the check never arrived. On 11/27/2021, I received my informed delivery which showed another check due in. Upon arriving to the post office, I discovered the check was not present. A man only identified as “Prince”, who identified himself as the Postmaster, was rude and dismissive, and told me to call an 800 number to file a complaint. The 800 number sent me in circles. The total of these checks are about $3,200. I have since filed a complaint with the Pinellas County Sheriffs Office and notified the appropriate federal agencies. I have never had problems anywhere else with mail, and the only two items to go missing from this post office were checks.

Minus zero stars for the man who filled in for Keith on Friday, October 15th. Tried to get hold of customer service. He is the rudest, foul, uncaring disgusting disgrace for the post office. He was white, wore a panama hat had shorts on and one black compression sock. Took stuff that was not mail off the front counter and did not leave any mail. When he came back I told him he took items from the front counter that were underneath a very heavy object. He was so rude, I never want to see him come to our office again. He refused to give his name.

Web reviews should be required reading by the Palm Harbor FL post office employees. But, I suppose all the terrible reviews wouldn't matter to them anyway. Recently a mailed IRS payment has "vanished" and two insurance policy payments (mailed separately) have disappeared. We continually receive neighbors mail in our mailbox. I emailed the PH postmaster and it was returned "undeliverable". I called the office and was told the postmaster is on a "temporary assignment" out of the office and would be back in Sep 2021. I spoke with Craig Hauman who told me he is filling for the PM. I forwarded a copy of my original email and guess what....no response. What a surprise. Maybe when all the competition runs the USPS out of business they will all scratch their heads and wonder what happened the their employment. 5/12/21 - Here's the latest.....I have received a message that my email to Hauman was deleted "unopened". The level of incompetence at the PH post office is way beyond what would be tolerated in private industry.

I mailed a priority package to my grandson in Palm Harbor. The delivery update said it was delivered on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at 6:01 pm to the front door. The package was never delivered. They have cameras on the house to prove that. We were very upset as to the wear about of the package because it contained something very sentimental. The next morning, Sunday, June 27, 2021 the camera showed the package being delivered and scanned to the front porch at 9:50 am. I never received an updated text regarding the delivery. Not happy about how this was handled but grateful that my grandson received the package. I paid $49.00 for priority and didn’t get the service I paid for. I don’t understand why this happened but wanted to bring it to your attention. I have been mailing packages to Palm Harbor for over 20 years and this is the 1st time there was a problem.
