This location now charges for Covid testing even though they are listed as free, and they do not tell you via email, text, or anywhere else until you show up. Had I known that they would be charging me, I would have taken my test closer to home. Also, no wipes were provided to wipe down the collection bin, even though that was stated as part of the process. It gets a second star only because a helpful staff member told me of an alternative location that charges less than they do.

Horrible and unhelpful pharmacy. It’s difficult to be over worked and underpaid, but when someone goes to school to specialize in medicine they must have some idea that it’s field the general public doesn’t know much about. Of course people are going to have questions that seem dumb to a person who has attended medical school, but most of the clients haven’t. I’ll never understand how people can be so cold, rude and short to others who are just trying to take care of themselves. Every time I’ve gone to pick up a prescription I’ve watched the person in front of me be talked down to or get an eye roll for a basic question. There’s been multiple times that I’ve heard the pharmacist answer the phone and almost immediately raise her voice to the person on the other end. It’s so unnecessary and makes the visit extremely tense and uncomfortable. There are a lot of other pharmacies with friendly and helpful workers in Fayetteville that I’d suggest trying long before this location.

This place is a huge joke! Hope you don’t need to call and get ahold of someone in the pharmacy! You will be on hold all day. I have literally been on hold for an hour and 16 minutes. If they are that busy they could answer and get a call back number. But this place is a joke! I wish my insurance covered somewhere else in town cause I definitely would not use this place. They can’t even keep there records straight they have gotten my prescription wrong a lot idk how cause I have seen what the doctor puts in!

I went in to find something for a delivery. I couldnt find anyone to help other than the pharmacy, but since it was over the counter she did really know. As I was checking out with self check out, I realized that there was an employee up there, but as I was searching for someone to help, he had been on the phone, near the photo equipment and I thought it was a customer because he was talking about something personal. But I was already getting my receipt when he went behind the cashier to check someone out. It seemed really busy in the pharmacy and from reading these reviews, I think they need more employees back there.

If you could give less than 1 star I would, I understand about busy pharmacies, I had no choice on a Sunday, but I don’t understand the rudeness of staff, when asked an approximate length of time was told “I have no idea, there are 4 people in front of you and we’ve been open 8min, “ ok so approximate wait time would be? So my suggestion is if you have a choice, check somewhere else

There are quite a few reviews that comment on long waits times to pick up perscriptions. I would like point out that this is a BUSY pharmacy and the workers are not at fault. They fill soooo many prescriptions and are constantly trying to meet all the demands that their role requires. I choose to use this pharmacy out of convince of location, hours open, the workers do their best, and I am able to count on getting my prescriptions filled on time.

I went through drive through to pick up meds sent by my doctor and asked the male staff member at the window if I could get the over the counter meds needed also. He told me I would need to come inside to get the non-prescription meds. I told him that I had covid and shouldn’t come inside. He said he was sorry, but for anything non-prescription I would have to come in. While waiting for my Rx meds, I called Walgreens across the street and they were happy to gather my non-prescription meds and sell to me at their drive through.

This pharmacy has my wrong phone number and old email address and I called to straighten out with the 800 number. I got transferred to another person. They hung up. I can't do things online if a PHARMACY can't enter the correct information or put my medications on a different profile. I will happily pay cash price for medications from a pharmacy I trust instead of a PHARMACY messing up like this Couldn't get online because my info was input wrong and cant get a hold of the pharmacy. Endless holds.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I called to get my sleep meds refilled. The lady forgot to hang up the phone and proceeded to make fun of me AND the medication I was picking up. She violated my HIPPA rights. They keep me on hold for over 30 minutes just to check on a script refill. I hate these lazy associates that have proven to be extremely unprofessional. I’ll never to business here again,

been here a year and i’m about to leave, can’t wait! almost all my prescription were never on time, and good luck ever trying to get them to answer the phone. My recent perception sent in by my doctor was put on hold for no reason. when i called and after an hour got an answer(because i couldn’t use the app to do this) they immediately could start preparing it. i don’t know why when my doctor sent it, it wasn’t good enough. But i’m now on my third day without my medicine, can’t get someone to answer the phone, for 2 days now, to ask for an update. Done with this place, go to a different pharmacy!!!
