7 Best beauty supply store in Fayetteville, Arkansas (AR) 2024

Ok so I went in to Sally’s yesterday and bought black hair dye I put it in I wash it out I don’t look at it till I wake up this morning and uh my hair is not black it’s green ~Aquaria

I’ve moved here from Atlanta GA and never have I seen products overpriced like this. They do NOT have quality hair. from the wigs down to the braiding hair. it’s cheap. no lipgloss, no NYX products, stud earrings by counter gave me an infection and it took forever to heal. When I came back to let Ms. Young know, all she did was show me hers and told me they’re real. smh. plus the customer service is terrible, they don’t even greet you. automatically lost my service. I have to order things off amazon now or head out to another city. I will be happy when they open a black owned store in NWA with better products and just friendly staff. ~Bianka

This location now charges for Covid testing even though they are listed as free, and they do not tell you via email, text, or anywhere else until you show up. Had I known that they would be charging me, I would have taken my test closer to home. Also, no wipes were provided to wipe down the collection bin, even though that was stated as part of the process. It gets a second star only because a helpful staff member told me of an alternative location that charges less than they do. ~Lauren

I love this place. It beats the heck out of that large store or even that market when I just don't feel like the drive into town or the crowds. I really would love if they'd carry fresh fruits. Even a few veggies too. I enjoy looking at the garden goods when in season. Most of their seasonal Items are fun as well. The prices have gone up like everywhere else but I like the convenience. They need to bring back the dollar sliced salami and pepperoni. The chocolate salted caramels are the best. ~Teetotaler

Sensed some prejudice when I came here, this one cashier lady who was all tatted up (not that it matter just so you know who I’m talking about) Was super rude to us the only non Caucasian customers in the store. Everyone else was greeted and we were met with silence which I don’t care about but then when it was time for her to check us out she blatantly ignored anything we said until I called her out on it. She gave off super icky vibes. I’m gonna come back to see if she is going to treat me the same way. ~Jr

They make u feel like your going to steal something they like hover you. The reason I take a while cause sometimes I like to look.. so I got tired of both locations so I used the free 2 hour delivery. Well it don't tell you untill after that if you did your order after 4 pm your stuff will be delivered the next day. Well I wouldn't mind if I got the right hair color. I was about to open it and mix it and it was like burgundy brown when I asked for radiant raspberry I don't see how that's a mess up when they're both different colors. Smh ~michelle

My shopping experience was very good. I was shopping for chilli fixings and was amazed with the selection and prices of the items that I needed. All were less expensive than those at Neighborhood Market and I didn't have to drive into Fayetteville from Goshen, which saved additionally on gas. Also, the staff was very friendly. Thank you ~Stacy
