I bought a package of twice baked potatoes to go with dinner tonight. When I got home I noticed the price was wrong. I tried to call 4 times over 30 minutes. I tried 3 different extensions. No answer. Looks like Sams is failing on multiple fronts today.

As a paying member there’s no better feeling than walking into my local Sam’s Club and immediately being accosted by the cell phone “salesman”. If I wanted the club experience to feel like attending a timeshare presentation then I would happily go to Branson. But I’m not in Branson, I’m in northwest Arkansas simply trying to buy a chicken and some flowers for my wife. If only the cell phone kiosk was brightly lit with hands on devices to experiment with and located in a convenient... Oh wait…. I won’t go into detail about mis-pricing on items and the customer service associate arguing with me until I showed her photographic proof of the display. Sam’s Club, you can do much better than this.

If was not for the fact I buy my tires at Sam's and have the road hazard plan....I would go elsewhere for tire repair. Two (2) hours for a simple tire repair on a weekday? A good tire shop would have been done in less than 30 min.

This is in regard to the pharmacy which used to be great. I have had nothing but problems the past year. Its always one excuse after another. The only reason i have a membership is because i pick prescriptions up there. I do purchase a lot of grocery items but once my membership expires im done. I will not be renewing.

My daughter was recently featured as a Sam's club model for the girls collection. We have received great customer service time and time again at this location. The team member stopped what she was doing and helped my daughter find a particular shirt she was looking for after being told by a friend it was in the store. Thanks Sam's Club for creating quality items at a price point families can afford.

I want to give a double thumbs up to Season Johnson. She went beyond the call of duty to make sure we left the store happy. Even though she had another task to do, she put it aside to try and help us find some skorts. She even called another store to make sure they had more and to put them aside. Plus her friendly attitude makes shopping awesome. Thank you again Season.

I am putting this review just for Carlos who works at the gas station at this club. He was so friendly and nice, he was helping us all get to the pumps quickly. This man needs a raise just on his helpfulness and going above and beyond any gas attendant I have ever seen.

I love Scan n Go! It makes life so easy, wish other store provided it. Chicken meatballs weren't in-stock so that was disappointing but there were beef

One of the best Sam’s I’ve ever been to but why be shocked given where we are. The fresh foods, meats, bakery, sushi, and boxed food are stocked and a wide variety. They even have a big garden section outside. Parking is easy. It’s easy to get in and out of.

Another Sam’s club in NWA. Somehow I feel that this location is the best in this region! I found the best selections are always here as compared to other locations in NWA. If you love the cheap warehouse shopping experience, you have to visit Sam’s club. I mostly love their food section, where you get fresh salad, or sushi, or other food stuff.
