Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I arrived right when they opened at 10am to get my tires rotated, and was told they had a 2 1/2 to 3 hour wait because only two people were working. More employees would show up at noon, I was told. I came back that afternoon and was told there would be a 2 to 2 1/2 hour wait, but I could leave it there and they would get it done. That would have been great, if I had driven two cars there, but I only have one car. I asked if I could make an appointment, the next available appointment was for Thursday at 3pm. Last year I only rotated my tires once, paying out of pocket because Sam's Club was only doing emergency tire repair, every time I called. I don't think I should have to pay for tire rotations because Sam's Club can't staff enough people to accommodate their customers needs. Totally ridiculous and very disappointing. ~Neva

ALDI

Brand new Aldi's location in Bentonville. The store was very nice and selection was good for a store this size. Wide aisle for carts, just don't forget your quarter; you will need one to unlock them. Overall it was a good experience and we look forward to having it as another grocery option for the area. ~Sean

Midas

Took my car into Midas because my car warranty company contracts with them. They had my car for a day and a half. When I got the car back, the issue was not resolved. I took it back to them again a couple of days later. They test drove it for over an hour and had it in the garage for a while. They finally told me they do not know what the issue is and I need to take it to someone else. Not a big deal. But then today, the light on my dash came on, informing me that I am low on oil. I opened up the hood to check the oil. The first thing I noticed was the engine cover was not on correctly. It was not attached at all, and had been rubbing against the belts, causing the cover to melt. Upon further investigation, the clips that hold the cover on are broken. Midas was the last place to touch my car. I had it in there yesterday. Come on Midas? Really? I mean, if you accidentally broke the clips that hold the engine cover on, just apologize and make it right. Don't try to hide it and just throw the cover back in there and close the hood in hopes that I won't notice. All I can say is never again. I wouldn't take my car there for any reason after this experience. I will advise my friends and family as well. Service: General repairs & maintenance ~L

Jazzercise Bentonville

I have loved going to Jazzercise Bentonville over the last month! I tried Jazzercise in another location 12 years ago and enjoyed it, but didn’t love it. Now, 12 years later, I am back and loving dancing and training along with Rachel and her team of wonderful instructors. I love that you can adjust the intensity of a workout based on your skill level all while the instructors are encouraging you to push yourself. I love how high energy everyone is which encourages me to keep coming back. It’s one of the best workouts I’ve had in a very long time. When I’m unable to make it because of my schedule, I miss it and can’t wait to go back! ~Megan

Kum & Go

Normally when I walk in Kum and Go, there's usually a little bit of a mess from people tossing receipts, putting stuff in the wrong place but on this day, I was so pleased to see that everything was in the correct place and even the floors were clean and shiny! The employees are always super friendly and are never too busy to help you find something! Great job guys and ladies! ~Sher

Littlefield Express #10

I have been here twice, and was not impressed either time. Their soft drinks, water, snacks, etc are quite a bit more expensive than any other convenience store in the area. Secondly, they have signs up saying that they have the CLEANEST restrooms around. Last time I was there, I went into the restroom, and it was NOT very clean. My first visit there, the clerk that waited on me was at least semi-friendly. The clerk on duty on my last visit seemed quite uninterested in doing her job. There are enough options in that area that I'll not likely go back. ~Karen

Sam's Club

Another Sam’s club in NWA. Somehow I feel that this location is the best in this region! I found the best selections are always here as compared to other locations in NWA. If you love the cheap warehouse shopping experience, you have to visit Sam’s club. I mostly love their food section, where you get fresh salad, or sushi, or other food stuff. ~Debisree

Snack Lab (Bentonville)

This is not really a restaurant but more like a convenience store with overpriced snacks. I had an Asian Quinoa Wrap, a juice and a bag of chips and it was about $16.00 (December 2021). Almost $20 after tipping. The wrap was actually really good but based on the price and the basic service, I can’t give this more than three stars. The experience was average at best, but at a premium price. The store has a few seats and actually looks nice but it’s basically a 7-Eleven with supposedly healthier snacks. ~Christian
