We had them come out to do a diagnostic on our car and find out what was wrong with our engine and our passenger window, we honestly thought we would end up spending thousands to fix our engine, but within half an hour he found the problem and turns out it’s a cheap easy fix! Very professional, knowledgeable, pricing is more than reasonable, and best part is that he came to us! I have used this mobile service twice. Once for my car on New Years Eve a couple of years ago and then recently for my mother’s SUV to replace an ignition coil. I was very impressed with their abilities and prices. Even more I was impressed that they did not try to upsell or add on repairs that were unnecessary. Very honest, efficient, reliable service. And the mobile feature was priceless. They came to her home so she wasn’t left waiting on the repair. Would highly recommend!

Stephen was the most honest mechanic I’ve had since living in NWA. My girlfriend’s car has been taken to several local shops and none of them could find out what was wrong with her car, we would always pay for services with no results. Her battery died and we called them to have it replaced, after replacing the battery Stephen found a problem far worse and pinpointed why my gf’s check engine light kept coming on. He showed us exactly what was wrong by having us take a look under the hood with him and explained in detail what needs to be fixed. We were SO thankful that someone finally told us what was wrong by actually looking, instead of relying on a computer read with no resolution. We’ll definitely be using them to work on our cars from here on out! Service: Battery

NWA Mobile Mechanic came highly recommended and I can see why. From the first call to Stephen to discuss my car issue to the very end, I was treated very well and kept informed on what he was doing. The one thing I appreciated about Stephen is he evaluated my car before doing any of the work and then consulted with me on what the price would be before he did any of the work. I also appreciated the fact that he looked at other things to make sure my car was running good like my coolant level. I liked that he was honest about issues and how I could save money on certain maintenance on the car. The work on the car comes with a guarantee and that is what I like. Never did I feel like he was trying to dupe me or “sell” me other services. SO my one complaint...there aren’t more Stephens. :) They stay busy!
