I really enjoyed our dining experience at this restaurant.. Everyone seems very kind and friendly and our food was beyond tasty! I'll definitely come here again and again! I'm also recommending this to family and friends.. Dunkin - 5 stars from me!

I have come to this location many times wih minor issues . Until today, I placed an online order through the dunkin app to pull up to the window, to have the window operator tell me the two donuts I ordered were no longer available. No issue but, then to get an Attitude with me and my wife when asking for a refund for the items I didn’t not receive and to tell me that I can’t get a refund and I must contact corporate or the number on the receipt to get a refund! This is unacceptable! There is no reason a franchisee could not have issued a refund for the items I didn’t receive! Furthermore they consistently ignored my phone calls to try to fix the situation! I will never come here again nor any Dunkin’s I have had nothing but trouble with your business for the past year. You have lost two loyal customers!

I was a regular until I moved. Ugh, I wish they were here in Naperville. I was a regular so they were on top of it for me. Sometimes, my iced coffee would come out different but eh, it happens. I used to be a barista so I’m understanding but they work hard here.

Horrible service. I ordered one boston cream donut they squeezed the donut causing the chocolate to go on outside of the packaging.They handle food poorly. DO NOT attempt to go there and order a single donut.

Never understand this place. Waited 12 mins (inside) to even get waited on (only 1 person in front of me). They took my order for a hot black coffee, handed me a receipt and proceeded to serve 2 other customers behind me before finally giving me my coffee. Total time spent 16 mins to get a black coffee. Love dunkin coffee. .. but love my time more. Think this was the final straw for this location. Sorry. Really wanted to love you guys. Tried to several times.

Update 1/8/2020 I started going almost regularly in the morning since moving back to town. I have to say that the morning crew is the best. They all are friendly especially the manager Kevin. When Kevin sees me coming in he already has my coffee ready. Today I was so cold that I went through drive-thru and he told the lady to wish me a good morning. What an amazing way to start your morning at 6 am. I've been there for evening shift and everything was questionable. I wouldn't judge this place by the evening shift. Not bad, orders have been correct. Not open 24 hours

Pros: nice crew, food has always been legit/fresh Cons: continued ignoring of requests for light/easy ice in iced tea or coffee (photo attached of most recent ice level in a large iced coffee...pretty much filled to the brim) Unfortunately for me, nice people and palatable food are not enough to keep me coming here when they routinely give me more of something I pointedly asked for less of. The kicker being that they acknowledge the "easy ice" when reading the order back but don't deliver. Womp.
